Kyle Richards<\/strong><\/a> revealed that she\u2019s cut something big from her diet<\/a> as she continues to showcase her weight loss transformation: alcohol.<\/p>\n \u201cTruth is I don\u2019t miss it at all,\u201d the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em><\/a> star, 54, wrote via her Instagram Story on Tuesday, February 7, while responding to DMs from fans about her wellness journey<\/a>. \u201cI feel amazing so don\u2019t see the point right now.\u201d<\/p>\n Richards noted that she doesn\u2019t have a \u201ctime frame\u201d for when she\u2019ll reintegrate alcohol<\/a> into her lifestyle. According to the Bravo personality, February 15 will mark seven months without drinking.<\/p>\n When another curious follower wondered whether Richards will pick up a cocktail again once RHOBH<\/em> begins filming<\/a> season 13, the Halloween Ends<\/em><\/a> actress replied, \u201cI don\u2019t plan on it.\u201d<\/p>\n She teased: \u201cWith that said, some of these women have been known to drive someone to drink \ud83d\ude1c\ud83e\udd74\ud83e\udd42.\u201d<\/p>\n While fielding questions, Richards also gave some insight into her workout regimen. \u201cLove my peloton!\u201d she responded to one social media user. \u201cI use it about 3 times a week now and I used to do some of the strength training but not anymore. I do love an arms and intervals class when I am short on time.\u201d<\/p>\n The Little House on the Prairie<\/em> alum shocked fans after the new year when she showed off her killer abs<\/a> in a bikini selfie. After nearly breaking the internet, Richards addressed speculation<\/a> that she\u2019d been using Ozempic \u2014 a medication designed to regulate type 2 diabetes<\/a> \u2014 to speed up her weight loss.<\/p>\n \u201cI have never tried ozempic and this is not from plastic surgery,\u201d she replied to one Instagram comment in January. \u201cI did have a breast reduction in May. I\u2019m honest about what I do. But if giving plastic surgery the credit makes you feel better then pop off sister \ud83d\ude18.\u201d<\/p>\n As rumors continued to swirl about her slimdown, the California native shared a detailed look at her diet<\/a> and fitness routine. \u201cI changed my eating after we were in Europe for a month,\u201d she said during an Amazon Live session last month. \u201cWe were in Europe for three weeks and then Australia for a week, and I had gained weight, and I was like, \u2018OK, that\u2019s it.\u2019 No sugar, no carbs, no alcohol.\u201d<\/p>\n Richards explained that her health kick<\/a> was initially only supposed to last for a \u201clittle while,\u201d but the results were \u201cso good\u201d that she decided to stick with it<\/a>. \u201cNow that I\u2019ve already lost the weight I wanted to lose \u2014 I\u2019m not trying to lose anymore \u2014 I, of course, will have birthday cake or some pasta, but actually, to be honest, once in a blue moon,\u201d she clarified. \u201cI am not following the keto diet, just basically, I eat protein, vegetables, fruit and carbs once in a while. But I do eat fruits and vegetables all the time, and I really love cereal.\u201d<\/p>\n The Halloween Kills<\/em><\/a> actress previously told Us Weekl<\/em>y that she hits the gym to help ease her anxiety<\/a>. \u201cIf I\u2019m stressed or depressed, [drinking] would be the worst thing I could do because alcohol makes me feel depressed,\u201d she said in February 2019. \u201cFor me, if I want to feel good and if I\u2019m stressed, it\u2019s exercise, exercise, exercise.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
