After a pregnancy marked by worrisome complications<\/a>, 44-year-old media personality and entrepreneur Kourtney Kardashian<\/strong> has reportedly given birth to her fourth child. The baby, a boy that Kardashian and husband Travis Barker<\/strong> have (per ET<\/a>) named Rocky, is the first for the couple.<\/p>\n Rumors of a blessed event began to fly earlier this week, after Kardashian appeared to check into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Sources told TMZ<\/a> that the couple hoped to induce labor for a Halloween birth, but it\u2019s unclear if that deadline was met. (Vanity Fair reached out to representatives for the family but has not received a response as of publication.)<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s either Halloween,\u201d the 47-year-old Blink-182 drummer recently said of the due date on the<\/a> One Life One Chance<\/em> podcast, \u201cor like the first week of November.\u201d<\/p>\n An unnamed source close to the family confirmed that Kourtney has indeed given birth, People reports<\/a> today. The baby\u2019s full name is Rocky Thirteen Barker<\/strong>, TMZ notes<\/a>, a name Barker first floated in a July episode<\/a> of Complex\u2019s<\/em> GOAT Talks.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cI like Rocky Thirteen,\u201d Barker said. “That\u2019s this name that\u2019s been going through my head lately \u2026 Rocky George<\/strong> played guitar for [iconic punk band] Suicidal Tendencies,\u201d and the name also serves as a homage to 1976 motion picture Rocky<\/em>, \u201cthe greatest boxing movie of all time.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n Regarding the proposed middle name, Barker simply said that \u201c13 is just the greatest number of all time.\u201d<\/p>\n Rocky is joining a blended family, including a couple of decades-older siblings. Barker shares two children with ex-wife Shanna Moakler<\/strong>: son London<\/strong> (age 20) and daughter Alabama<\/strong> (17). He\u2019s also stepfather to Atiana De La Hoya<\/strong> (24), Moakler\u2019s daughter with another ex-husband, boxer Oscar De La Hoya<\/strong>.
