The Real Housewives of Potomac<\/em><\/a> star Gizelle Bryant<\/strong> <\/a>gave Us<\/em> some insight into her romance with fellow Bravo personality Jason Cameron<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m super happy that Jason kind of understands me, gets my life. I clearly understand his life,\u201d Bryant, 53, exclusively tells Us Weekly<\/em> while discussing season 8 of RHOP<\/em><\/a>. \u201cHe has been a breath of fresh air and someone that I can just tell everything to, and I know it stays with him.\u201d<\/p>\n While Bryant shares that things have been going well between her and the Winter House<\/em><\/a> alum, 37, over the past year, she explains that she doesn\u2019t \u201cfeel the need\u201d to put a title on their romance just yet.<\/p>\n \u201cI just am appreciating the time that we have and the time that we spend together,\u201d she clarifies to Us<\/em>. \u201cWe have so much fun when we\u2019re together, I\u2019m just happy doing what we\u2019re doing.\u201d<\/p>\n Bryant adds that one of the reasons their relationship has been working is that they\u2019re \u201cnot putting any pressure on it.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re not allowing other people to make us put pressure on it. And we\u2019re there for each other,\u201d she gushes. \u201cAnd my dad passed recently. He understands [that]. His mother passed a while ago, and so he\u2019s just been able to see me for who I am, and I appreciate that.\u201d<\/p>\n Bryant, who shares daughter Grace, 18, and twins Adore and Angel<\/a>, both 17, with ex-husband Jamal Bryant<\/strong><\/a>, adds that her daughters love Cameron \u2014 even if they were \u201cunsure\u201d at first.<\/p>\n \u201cSo when he came to see me one of the first times, they were like, \u2018Well, we have questions,\u2019\u201d she explains. \u201cAnd so they asked him a million questions and he passed the test.\u201d<\/p>\n While Cameron will make some appearances on the next season of RHOP,<\/em> Bryant has no interest in ever appearing on Winter House.<\/em> (Cameron was a full-time cast member on seasons 1 and 2 of the Summer House<\/em><\/a> spinoff and a \u201cfriend\u201d for season 3<\/a>, which is currently airing.)<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t understand it. When he FaceTimed me, there was [Tom] Schwartz<\/strong><\/a> in the bed with potato chips everywhere, and it was just a little disgusting,\u201d Bryant says. \u201cIt\u2019s definitely not my scene, but it he invited me, I would go for him.\u201d<\/p>\n Bryant was previously married to Jamal, 52, from 2002 to 2009. Although they rekindled things in 2019, they called it quits for good in June 2021.<\/p>\n
