The streamer flashes up a black remembrance card at the beginning of each of the hit sitcom\u2019s 10 series, which shows the late actor \u2013 who died aged 54 in his hot-tub on Saturday (28.10.23) \u2013 in his heyday playing wisecracking Chandler Bing. <\/p>\n

It stays on screen for around five seconds and reads: \u201cIn memory of Matthew Perry<\/a> 1969-2023.\u201d<\/p>\n

Matthew received a primetime Emmy nomination in 2002 for his work as Chandler, with \u2018Friends\u2019 moving from Netflix in 2020 to Max \u2013 formerly known as KBO Max \u2013 the same year. <\/p>\n

The NBC show ran from 1994 to 2004 and Matthew\u2019s fellow \u2018Friends\u2019 stars David Schwimmer<\/a>, 56, Jennifer Aniston, 54, Courteney Cox, 59, Lisa Kudrow, 60, and Matt LeBlanc, 56, are still to speak publicly about the actor\u2019s shock death, but sources say they have been working on a \u201cjoint statement\u201d amid their devastation at his passing. <\/p>\n

\nOn Sunday, Matthew\u2019s family broke their silence on the star\u2019s death to thank him for bringing \u201cso much joy to the world\u201d. <\/p>\n

\nThe troubled \u2018Friends\u2019 actor\u2019s blended family included his mum, dad, two step-parents, five step-siblings, and just over a day after he was found dead in his jacuzzi in the backyard of his mansion in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles, they told fans of their grief. <\/p>\n

\nThey told People: \u201cWe are heartbroken by the tragic loss of our beloved son and brother. <\/p>\n

\n\u201cMatthew brought so much joy to the world, both as an actor and a friend.\u201d <\/p>\n

\nThey also thanked his legions of fans, adding: \u201cYou all meant so much to him and we appreciate the tremendous outpouring of love.\u201d <\/p>\n

\nAuthorities rushed to Matthew\u2019s home on Saturday (28.10.23) after receiving a call about a cardiac arrest. <\/p>\n

\nIn a statement to Page Six, the Los Angeles Police Department said they \u201cresponded to the 1800 block of Blue Sail Rd for a death investigation on a male (at) 4.10 p.m. this afternoon.\u201d <\/p>\n

\nNew audio from a 911 dispatch has revealed more details about the actor\u2019s death as the 16-second clip, obtained by TMZ, contained the words \u201crescue 23\u201d. <\/p>\n

\nIt appears to be a reference to the local fire station that was assigned to the call. <\/p>\n

\nThe word \u201cdrowning\u201d can also be heard in the audio. <\/p>\n

\nMatthew\u2019s dad John Bennett Perry, 82, was seen arriving at his son\u2019s LA home looking stricken hours after the actor\u2019s death. <\/p>\n

\nThe star\u2019s mum Suzanne was seen looking downcast in the passenger seat of a car alongside Matthew\u2019s stepdad Keith Morrison also turned up at the house looking distraught. <\/p>\n

\nJohn was seen speaking to police officers before slowly walking back to his vehicle and being allowed under a cordon into his son\u2019s home.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
