Others, such as the <span class=\"jsx-eb69f9b09a3de1d0 jsx-eea0d1f218f5e80b\"><a href=\"https:\/\/thepointsguy.com\/apply-now\/alaska-airlines-visa-signature-credit-card\/?tid=post\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"jsx-eb69f9b09a3de1d0 jsx-eea0d1f218f5e80b applyLink inherit\">Alaska Airlines Visa\u00ae credit card<\/a><\/span> and the Free Spirit\u00ae Travel More World Elite Mastercard\u00ae, are cobranded cards offered by Bank of America.<\/p>\n<p><em>The information for the Free Spirit Travel More Mastercard has been collected independently by The Points Guy. The card details on this page have not been reviewed or provided by the card issuer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On Nov. 9, <a href=\"https:\/\/thepointsguy.com\/credit-cards\/bank-of-america\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bank of America credit cards<\/a> \u2014 including those that normally don&#8217;t earn rewards \u2014 will earn <em>extra<\/em> rewards between 12 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. Eastern time. Specifically, you&#8217;ll earn as follows for all purchases made with your card Nov. 9 (deemed More Rewards Day by Bank of America):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cash-back credit cards<\/strong>: Earn an additional 2% cash back on the first $2,500 in purchases.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rewards credit cards that earn points or miles<\/strong>: Earn an additional 2 points or miles per dollar spent on the first $2,500 in purchases.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-rewards credit cards<\/strong>: Earn 2% cash back as a statement credit on the first $2,500 in purchases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You don&#8217;t need to enroll to enjoy these bonus earnings. And these extra earnings are on top of the rewards you&#8217;d already earn on your purchases. The $2,500 purchase limit for bonus earnings on More Rewards Day is &#8220;per unique Consumer credit card account or unique Small Business company.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>For example, suppose you have the <span class=\"jsx-eb69f9b09a3de1d0 jsx-eea0d1f218f5e80b\"><a href=\"https:\/\/thepointsguy.com\/apply-now\/alaska-airlines-visa-signature-credit-card\/?tid=post\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"jsx-eb69f9b09a3de1d0 jsx-eea0d1f218f5e80b applyLink inherit\">Alaska Airlines Visa credit card<\/a><\/span>. In that case, you normally earn 3 miles per dollar spent on eligible Alaska Airlines purchases; 2 miles per dollar spent on eligible gas, EV charging station, cable, streaming services and local transit (including ride share) purchases; and 1 mile per dollar spent on all other purchases. You won&#8217;t earn the Preferred Rewards bonus on the incremental bonus earnings through this promotion.<\/p>\n<p>Bank of America&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/promotions.bankofamerica.com\/card\/morerewardsday?tid=post\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">More Rewards Day website<\/a> states:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>This promotional offer is applicable to all Bank of America Consumer and Small Business credit card accounts that are open with active charging privileges on November 9, 2023 and throughout the promotional period, which is inclusive of the date the offer begins through the date the promotional cash rewards, points, Miles, or statement credit are fulfilled.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So, all open and active Bank of America consumer and small-business cards should be eligible. But you&#8217;ll need to keep your account open and active through when the extra rewards reach your account. You&#8217;ll earn 2% cash back or 2 more points or miles per dollar spent on your purchases when you use a consumer or small-business Bank of America credit card to make up to $2,500 in purchases.
