\u2022 Stand up comedian Nate Bargatze makes his hosting debut on SNL tonight. <\/p>\n

\u2022 The \u201cclean\u201d comedian might seem under the radar to a mainstream audience but he\u2019s been nominated for a Grammy for Best Comedy Album twice (in 2014 and 2021), was called \u201cThe Nicest Man in Stand-Up\u201d by The Atlantic, and performed to an audience of over 19,000 people at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena earlier this year. <\/p>\n

\u2022 This will be Foo Fighters ninth appearance on the show, and they\u2019re now tied with Paul Simon as the musical act with the most appearances on the show. This will be the band\u2019s first appearance since November 2020, and the first without Taylor Hawkins who passed away in March 2022. SNL paid tribute<\/a> to Hawkins on their April 2, 2022 episode (Jerrod Carmichael\/Gunna). <\/p>\n
