The 48-year-old rapper \u2013 who has a years-long feud with the Queen of Pop, 65 \u2013 hit out at her just after she kickstarted her delayed \u2018Celebration\u2019 world tour, which was put on hold after she was hospitalised in the summer after suffering a \u201cserious bacterial infection\u201d. <\/p>\n

50 \u2013 born Curtis James Jackson III \u2013 said on Instagram alongside a photo of Madge standing next to a cartoon ant: \u201cWho the f*** did this? She\u2019s rich how the hell she didn\u2019t get it fixed I want the f****** doctors name right now. I mean damn it man! LOL.\u201d<\/p>\n

50 also included a video of the \u2018Material Girl\u2019 singer performing at the 02 Arena in London earlier this month that zoomed in to show her behind. <\/p>\n

Madonna<\/a>\u2019s fans immediately blasted the rapper, with one saying: \u201cIt\u2019s very sad when a man attacks a woman and criticizes her body. Shame on you.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nAnother hit out: \u201cStop bullying THE QUEEN OF POP.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n50 has a long history of making digs at Madonna, and in 2021 he attacked her over a series of racy photos she posted to Instagram, including one showcasing her backside protruding from underneath a bed. <\/p>\n

\nHe said on Instagram: \u201cYo this is the funniest s*** LOL. That\u2019s Madonna under the bed trying to do like a virgin at 63. She shot out, if she don\u2019t get her old a** up.\u201d <\/p>\n

\nMadonna hit back on her Instagram by posting a photo of her and the rapper smiling and leaning into each other, which she captioned: \u201cHere is 50 Cent pretending to be my friend. Now you have decided to talk smack about me. I guess your new career is getting attention by trying to humiliate others on social media. The least elevated choice you could make as an artist and an adult.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n50 later issued an apology for his remark, but Madonna dismissed it, saying: \u201cYour apology is fake, it\u2019s bulls*** and it\u2019s not valid. <\/p>\n

\n\u201cNumber two, an apology is not valid if you don\u2019t know what you\u2019re apologising for. <\/p>\n

\n\u201cWhat you should be apologising for is your misogynistic, sexist, ageist behaviour and remarks.\u201d <\/p>\n

\nDespite the row, nearly a year later 50 again targeted Madonna for posting a video of herself mouthing aggressive rap lyrics. <\/p>\n

\nHe wrote over a screenshot of her TikTok video of the moment: \u201cI told y\u2019all grandma was on bulls***! Like a virgin at 64 LOL.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
