\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Andy Cohen<\/strong><\/a> is recalling what it was like interviewing Britney Spears<\/strong><\/a> several years ago while she was still under her conservatorship.<\/p>\n The Watch What Happens Live<\/em> host remembered meeting her at an album listening party and there was a woman with her, and he said it seemed like she was Britney<\/strong>\u2018s captor.<\/p>\n Keep reading to see what Andy said\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI interviewed her for her album release party, I think for Glory<\/em> and her manager at the time, I think it was Larry Rudolph<\/strong><\/a>, thought that it would be a good way for me to get to know her and then if I got to know her, maybe someday she would do Watch What Happens Live<\/em> because she didn\u2019t like going on shows where she didn\u2019t know the host and the reason she would always go on Ellen<\/em> was because she had a relationship with her and this would be a way for me to build my relationship with her, so I flew to LA to just interview her,\u201d he said on SiriusXM\u2019s Andy Cohen Live<\/a><\/em>. <\/p>\n \u201cNow our friends Randy Barbato<\/strong> and Fenton Bailey<\/strong> from The WOW Report<\/em>, of course, they had told me, I said, \u2018Well, what can I expect?\u2019 because they were shooting an hour kind of documentary on Britney<\/strong> for MTV or VH1 at the time and they said, basically, and I don\u2019t think Britney<\/strong> had come out at the time and said she was under a conservatorship, but they said, \u2018There\u2019s this woman who is at Britney<\/strong>\u2018s side at all times and she basically tells her what to do and where to go and it\u2019s really creepy,\u2019\u201d Andy<\/strong> continued. \u201cAnd I get there and this woman was there and it was like Britney<\/strong> was her captive. She was her captor. Now Britney<\/strong> mentions her by name in the book a lot and how much she hated her and I\u2019m not gonna mention her name because I don\u2019t want to get sued, but it was really creepy.\u201d<\/p>\n He added that the woman was always \u201cwhispering in her ear before everything and we\u2019re sitting up there on stage with me and Britney<\/strong> and will.i.am<\/strong><\/a> and she comes up, says something in her ear and Britney<\/strong>\u2018s like, \u2018Mm-hmm, mm-hmm,\u2019 and I remember they brought me in to meet Britney <\/strong>before the interview and I was in some room and they brought Britney<\/strong> in a birthday cake and they\u2019re like, \u2018Happy birthday, Britney<\/strong>. Surprise,\u2019 and Britney<\/strong> goes, \u2018It\u2019s not my birthday. My birthday was last month,\u2019 and I\u2019m like, \u2018What are they doing?\u2019 You know and it was clearly for the cameras, and it was just all so weird.\u201d<\/p>\n
