\nShe and her kids were last week forced to evacuate the property when a neighbour was arrested with an AR-15 and a reported hostage. <\/p>\n
\nThe distressed star was snapped amid the chaos, which reportedly involved an armed man who barricaded himself inside a home. <\/p>\n
\nHis identity has not yet been revealed, but he was seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue basketball shorts and trainers as a SWAT team took him away in handcuffs. <\/p>\n
\nTori\u2019s rental featured a large pool, a patio, an outdoor entertainment space and a dining area, which accommodates up to six guests. <\/p>\n
\nTori \u2013 who has kids Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and six-year-old Beau with her estranged 56-year-old actor husband Dean McDermott \u2013 recently praised her children for their \u201ckindness\u201d and \u201cempathy\u201d in a social media post. <\/p>\n
\nShe posed with son Liam and daughter Stella before they attended their high school\u2019s dance, and captioned the snap: \u201cI\u2019m sorry, little Monkey and Buggy can\u2019t come to the phone right now. Why? \u2026 Oh, \u2019cause they\u2019re grown! <\/p>\n
\n\u201cLittle mama had to get one pic with my babes. Forever in my eyes they\u2019ll appear their 2 and 3 year old selves with me holding their hands. Now, both taller than me. It happens!\u201d <\/p>\n
\nTori went on to praise her eldest two children for their \u201ckindness, empathy and confidence\u201d and called them \u201cwise and aware and just really cool humans\u201d. <\/p>\n
\nShe concluded her post: \u201cProud to be their mom. I trust these 2 because they are just good kids and GET IT! So filled with love and beaming with proudness as mama helps baby birds take flight. No doubt these 2 will soar! And, best of all, they deserve to!\u201d <\/p>\n
\nIt\u2019s been widely reported the actress has been struggling with money following her reported separation from Dean, who announced their split in June in a now-deleted social media post, following 17 years of marriage to Tori. <\/p>\n
\nThe split came one month after the actress revealed her kids were ill from \u201cextreme\u201d mould in their rental home. <\/p>\n
\nIt resulted in her first checking her family into a $100-per-night motel before moving them to an RV in August. <\/p>\n
\n\u2018Due South\u2019 star Dean was recently spotted at a welfare centre, where he was holding hands with his apparent new 32-year-old girlfriend Lily Calo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
