Kanye West<\/a>, 46, who Julia briefly dated after the pair split. <\/p>\nJulia took a lie detector test for a new Vanity Fair video in which she tackled rumours Kim had taken inspiration from her outfits. <\/p>\n
She said in the clip when handed a photo of the mum-of-four: \u201cI actually really love her. I grew up watching \u2018Keeping Up With the Kardashians\u2019 and I actually liked it before they were even cool. <\/p>\n
\u201cAnd when people would bash her I would always go to bat for her.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe model was then asked if she thought Kim had ever been \u201cinspired\u201d by her style, with Julia admitting: \u201cI would say that there have been some looks that are a little similar to mine.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nShe then added: \u201cBut I feel like, you know, it\u2019s just what\u2019s trending. I don\u2019t know if I\u2019m on her mood board or anything like that.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nIn 2021, Julia was seen wearing the same sheer Jean Paul Gaultier illusion dress seen on Kim at the 2018 E! People\u2019s Choice Awards. <\/p>\n
\nThe two have also worn matching designs by Alexander Wang, Versace and Balenciaga. <\/p>\n
\nJulia also mentioned Kim in her new memoir \u2018Down the Drain\u2019 \u2013 saying she <\/p>\n
\nallegedly played a part in her break-up with Kanye. <\/p>\n
\nThe model, who has son Valentino, with her private pilot ex-husband Peter Artemiev and was with Kanye at the start of 2022, says in her book Kim came up during her final phone call with the rapper. <\/p>\n
\nShe says in her book: \u201cHe tells me he had a good conversation with his soon-to-be-ex-wife and discovered a lot of information about me.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nKanye then apparently told Julia he \u201cdidn\u2019t know (she was a drug addict\u201d and felt like she had \u201cduped him\u201d. <\/p>\n
\nJulia, who also describes her heroin addiction in her autobiography, said she told him: \u201cI told you! Maybe if you listened more. And not to mention, so were you! <\/p>\n
\n\u201cI refuse to let him hear me crying, so I hang up and tell my publicist to inform the press that we are over.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nEarlier this month, Julia told the Los Angeles Times she believes she was used as a \u201cpuppet\u201d during Kanye and Kim\u2019s divorce. <\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cI thought ultimately I\u2019d be helping a precarious situation\u2026 get him off Kim\u2019s case. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cBut I very quickly learned that I was being weaponized.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nKanye has been co-parenting the four children he has with Kim \u2013 North, 10, Saint, 7, Chicago, five, and four-year-old Psalm \u2013 while taking long holidays with his new wife Bianca Censori, 28.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
