While Kyle Richards<\/strong><\/a> and Mauricio Umansky<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s estranged relationship is a focal point of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em><\/a> season 13, Dorit<\/strong><\/a> and PK Kemsley<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s marriage is also called into question during the premiere<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe only thing that I\u2019ve ever heard about PK and Dorit was the night PK got pulled over for a DUI,\u201d Sutton Stracke<\/strong><\/a> said in her confessional during the Wednesday, October 25, episode.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed in December 2021 that PK, 56, was arrested for suspicion of DUI<\/a> the month prior. The Los Angeles City Attorney\u2019s Office confirmed to TMZ<\/a> in August 2022 that the case had been rejected due to an \u201cinsufficiency of the evidence.\u201d<\/p>\n

While it was initially reported that PK was alone in the car<\/a> during the incident, Sutton, 52, said she\u2019s heard otherwise.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe may have or may not have had a woman in the car with him,\u201d she said with a shrug. \u201cThat\u2019s the only rumor I\u2019ve ever heard.\u201d<\/p>\n

Elsewhere during the episode, the RHOBH<\/em> cast went on a wellness retreat where Dorit, 47, called out Erika Jayne<\/strong><\/a> for past \u201cmean-spirited\u201d and \u201cdeeply hurtful\u201d comments she made. During a live taping of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen<\/em><\/a> during BravoCon in October 2022<\/a>, the Pretty Mess<\/em> author, 52, was asked which \u201cBravolebrity relationship\u201d she thought was \u201cheaded for Splitsville\u201d next<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When confronted by Dorit during the RHOBH<\/em> premiere, Erika claimed she \u201cdidn\u2019t want to answer that question\u201d during BravoCon. \u201cI asked not to,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou delivered that answer like someone that really wanted that attention,\u201d Dorit said. Erika replied, \u201cI\u2019m a showman. I walked right down to the edge of that stage and I gave those people what they wanted.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dorit claimed Erika was acting like \u201ca bitch\u201d \u2014 not a showman \u2014 in her confessional.<\/p>\n

During their confrontation, Dorit said she was surprised Erika was \u201cdefending\u201d her actions<\/a>, expecting her to \u201clead with an apology.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, it\u2019s not a defense. It\u2019s just an explanation of how it went down. It was a shady question, and I gave a shady answer,\u201d Erika hit back. \u201cDorit, is your marriage strong?\u201d<\/p>\n

Dorit responded, saying her and PK\u2019s relationship was \u201cvery strong.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

Previously, Erika expressed regret for her BravoCon comment.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt bothers me very much. You know why? Because I didn\u2019t know they were having problems<\/a>,\u201d she shared on the \u201cTwo Ts in a Pod\u201d podcast in August 2023. \u201cI was being in the moment and if you look back, you hear me say, \u2018I don\u2019t want to answer his question.\u2019 \u2026 I knew she took it bad and I texted her and there was no response.\u201d<\/p>\n

Erika claimed that she didn\u2019t know Dorit and PK were having issues at home, which will also be explored throughout RHOBH<\/em> season 13.<\/p>\n
