Kris Jenner<\/strong><\/a> empathizes with Tristan Thompson<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 despite his infidelity \u2014 due to her own affair during her marriage to the late Robert Kardashian.<\/p>\n

During a new episode of The Kardashians<\/em><\/a>, which started streaming on Thursday, October 26, Kris, 67, used her own experience with infidelity<\/a> to relate to daughter Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s ups and downs with Tristan, 32.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat happens if he moves on? How are you going to feel about that?\u201d Kris asked before elaborating on her concerns in a confessional, wondering, \u201cIs she going to regret not getting back with him?\u201d<\/p>\n

Khlo\u00e9, 39, meanwhile, pivoted the subject to Kris\u2019 personal life.<\/a><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAll the drama! Over the years, the Kardashian-Jenner family has made headlines for the ups and downs that occurred in their personal and professional lives. Kim Kardashian\u2018s marriage to Kris Humphries went viral in 2011 after they called it quits 72 days after saying \u201cI do.\u201d Humphries filed for an annulment in November 2011, citing [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cWhat was the mindset when you cheated? When you did that with my dad, you had four kids and a family. I know you were really young \u2014 which is a big factor,\u201d the Good American cofounder said. \u201cBut what was my dad not doing that made you want to look elsewhere?\u201d<\/p>\n

Kris and Robert, who shared kids Kourtney<\/strong><\/a>, Kim<\/strong><\/a>, Khlo\u00e9<\/strong> and Rob<\/strong><\/a>, were married from 1978 to 1991. Following their split, Kris found love with Caitlyn Jenner<\/strong><\/a>, with whom she welcomed daughters Kendall<\/strong><\/a> and Kylie<\/strong><\/a>. Robert, for his part, died of esophageal cancer in 2003<\/a> at the age of 59.<\/p>\n

In her 2001 memoir, Kris Jenner \u2026 and All Things Kardashian<\/em>, the momager revealed that she had an affair with a soccer player before splitting<\/a> from Robert. Kris elaborated on what led to her infidelity during Thursday\u2019s episode of the Hulu reality series.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think being really young and dumb is something that plays into it, because you don\u2019t really understand the consequences of your actions,\u201d she explained. \u201cI don\u2019t know, because he was such a great husband and such a great dad. I think I fell into a situation where I thought the grass was greener somewhere else. I made a huge mistake [and] that is my life\u2019s biggest regret.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kris has since come to terms with her mistakes.<\/p>\n

The late attorney, who shared Kourtney, Kim, Khlo\u00e9 and Rob with ex-wife Kris Jenner, died of esophageal cancer in 2003 \u2014 a devastating loss for all four of his children and his ex-wife. \u201cI am not proud of the way I behaved during that time, but everything happens for a reason. I really do live my life by thinking that God has a plan,\u201d she added. \u201cWithout that whole thing happening, there never would have been Kendall and Kylie.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the candid conversation, Kris recalled forming a deeper bond with Robert after their divorce.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cRobert and I became best friends [after the split]. We talked on the phone all day long. We helped each other through things all the time. I did have regrets. I thought, \u2018Wow, what was I thinking?’\u201d she concluded in the confessional. \u201cSo, I just want Khlo\u00e9 to be really careful when she makes these decisions and she has to let somebody go.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kris offered her insight as Khlo\u00e9 faced her own issues with Tristan\u2019s infidelity<\/a>. The pair, who share daughter True, 5, and son Tatum, 16 months, began dating on and off in 2016, weathering multiple cheating scandals<\/a> before ultimately calling it quits for good last year. (He welcomed a baby, son Theo, with Maralee Nichols<\/strong><\/a> in December 2022 while preparing for Tatum\u2019s arrival via surrogate with Khlo\u00e9.)<\/p>\n

As the exes navigate coparenting, Khlo\u00e9 admitted she isn\u2019t in a rush to find someone new.<\/a><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tLooking forward to the future. Following Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian\u2018s ups and downs with Tristan Thompson, the reality star has addressed her complicated outlook on finding The One. Kardashian and Thompson started dating in September 2016 and announced that they were expecting a child together one year later. Days before their daughter True\u2019s arrival in 2018, the [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI already have my happily ever after with my kids. I am totally happy. When you have a partner, I always put that person first and I don\u2019t want to put anyone first but my kids,\u201d she told Kris. \u201cLife is short [and] my kids are only this age for a blink of an eye. I am proud of myself for diving into them as much as I have.\u201d<\/p>\n

Khlo\u00e9 made it clear that she isn\u2019t concerned about finding The One<\/a>, adding, \u201cI just want to enjoy my life with them and if I find a guy then I find a guy. But that is not my top priority and I genuinely don\u2019t want anything right now. I don\u2019t want the responsibility of another person, so give me time.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a confessional, Kris praised Khlo\u00e9 for approaching situations differently than she would. \u201cI move very fast and make decisions quickly. Khlo\u00e9 taking her time, that is amazing,\u201d she noted. \u201cI understand where she\u2019s at and that\u2019s a really healthy place. She\u2019s one of the strongest people I have ever met.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kris, however, wasn\u2019t the only one who still had questions about where Khlo\u00e9 and Tristan<\/a> stand. Her boyfriend, Corey Gamble<\/strong><\/a>, told Tristan that he was hopeful for their future as well.<\/p>\n

\u201c[You are] daddy of the year. You [win] the best father award,\u201d Corey, 42, said on the show. \u201cAll the energy you bring to the house \u2014 [there] is all this positivity. Then with the kids and everything that is going on, your house is going to be finished and Khlo\u00e9 will be crying. That was good for everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n

Khlo\u00e9 reiterated that she isn\u2019t focused on outside opinions<\/a> when it comes to her dating life.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love my mom for so many reasons, but one of the main things that is so beautiful [is] how forgiving she is. A lot of us are in our family. But specifically, since she\u2019s a mom,\u201d she told Malika Haqq<\/strong><\/a> over lunch at the end of the episode. \u201cIf someone did what Tristan did to my daughter, I would probably castrate them and smile doing it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Khlo\u00e9 also surprised her friend by saying she is \u201cnot attracted\u201d to Tristan anymore.<\/p>\n
