Claudia Oshry<\/strong><\/a> is poking fun at herself \u2014 and her recent weight loss \u2014 with her Halloween<\/a> costume.<\/p>\n

\u201cOzempic Skeleton \ud83d\udc80,\u201d Oshry, 22, wrote via Instagram<\/a> on Sunday, October 22, alongside a photo of herself dressed up.<\/p>\n

Oshry donned a skeleton bodysuit with glittery black fishnets and boots. She completed the look with silver rhinestones around her eyes.<\/p>\n

The inspiration behind Oshry\u2019s costume came after a social media user called her an \u201cOzempic skeleton\u201d on a TikTok video<\/a> she posted in early September. The comedian, 29, replied to the comment nearly a month later, to debut her look. In the clip, Oshry lip-synced the lyrics to \u201cOzempic Wegovy Mounjaro\u201d by Ari Dayan<\/strong> as she danced around in her home.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tOzempic has become a hot topic when it comes to weight loss \u2014 with some stars confirming they have used the drug while others denied it. Chelsea Handler admitted during a January 2023 episode of the \u201cCall Her Daddy\u201d podcast that she unknowingly took the Type 2 diabetes medication, which is traditionally used to improve [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The internet personality revealed in August that she was taking Ozempic<\/a> \u2014 a medication meant for patients with diabetes \u2014 to lose weight and broke down in tears about her experience.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe reason I\u2019m nervous about sharing [how much I\u2019ve lost] is because I\u2019m ashamed of myself that I got to a place where I had 70 pounds to lose,\u201d she said during an August episode of \u201cThe Toast\u201d podcast<\/a> with her sister Jackie. \u201cI could cry, I\u2019m so mad at myself.\u201d<\/p>\n

As Oshry got vulnerable about her weight loss, she admitted that looking at older pictures of herself gives her \u201cmixed emotions.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cTo be a fat woman is one of the hardest things to do in this world,\u201d she said at the time. \u201c[But] I feel like I handled it as good as I could have and I\u2019m proud of the fact I was able to have a full life [before losing weight].\u201d<\/p>\n

Oshry isn\u2019t the only star who has looked to Ozempic, also known as semaglutide, to assist with weight loss. Many celebrities have opened up about turning to the medication<\/a> to lose a few pounds and the drug\u2019s prominence has become a hot topic.<\/p>\n

Earlier this year, Andy Cohen<\/strong><\/a> received backlash for congratulating several Bravolebrities \u2014 including Real Housewives<\/em><\/a> stars \u2014 for using Ozempic to slim down. During an April episode of his SiriusXM Radio Andy show, Cohen, 55, admitted that the criticism was valid<\/a>.<\/p>\n
