In the latest season 18 episode of Sister Wives<\/em><\/a>, Christine Brown<\/strong><\/a> begged for Janelle Brown<\/strong><\/a> to throw in the towel with Kody Brown<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 and move away from Flagstaff, Arizona.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know where it stands with Kody and Janelle,\u201d Christine, 51, confessed in the Sunday, October 22, episode of the TLC series, which picked up filming in spring 2023.<\/p>\n

As Christine and Janelle, 54, reunited to celebrate Easter with their kids, Janelle made it clear that she is ready to move forward. However, she appeared to drag her feet about possibly moving closer to Christine in Utah. (Christine split from Kody, 54, in November 2021. She married David Woolley<\/strong> on October 7<\/a>. Janelle, meanwhile, confirmed in December 2022<\/a> that she and Kody had separated.)<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tJust like sisters! Christine Brown and Janelle Brown formed a strong friendship before \u2014 and after \u2014 their respective splits from Kody Brown. Kody\u2019s polygamist family rose to prominence after the 2010 premiere of Sister Wives. The TLC series follows the Wyoming native and his 18 children, whom he shares with four different women, as [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cWe need to have traditions that carry this part of the family forward<\/a>. We need to continue traditions or reestablish traditions that have meaning for her children and mine so that there\u2019s an identity,\u201d Janelle said in a confessional, referring to her and Christine\u2019s combined 12 children<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Janelle later told the cameras, \u201cI\u2019m not really missing Kody. I\u2019m not missing [my other sister wives] Robyn<\/strong><\/a> and Meri [Brown]<\/strong><\/a>. I\u2019m finding a lot of peace, maybe the most peace I\u2019ve felt in a long time, at this holiday.\u201d<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the episode, Janelle confided in Christine<\/a> while she was in Arizona for a July visit. \u201cI\u2019m struggling a little bit because I don\u2019t miss him,\u201d Janelle said at the time.<\/p>\n

Janelle then admitted that she was relieved that following her birthday dinner with Kody in May he didn\u2019t come into her house. \u201cI was really happy to just be like, \u2018Hey, see ya.\u2019 As he drove away to Robyn\u2019s house and I went into my apartment,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n

That series of events, however, caused Christine to worry about her longtime friend and sister wife<\/a>. \u201cThe more I hear, the more I am just so sad for her to be honest with you. She\u2019s my friend and I want to see her happy,\u201d Christine told the cameras. \u201cNot living this life where her husband takes her out for her birthday and drops her off at home and goes to his wife.\u201d<\/p>\n

A frustrated Christine revealed in her confessional that she wished Janelle would \u201ccall it like it is and get out of Flagstaff! Sorry, this is just sad.\u201d<\/p>\n

Janelle, meanwhile, insisted that she is \u201cfine\u201d with her relationship<\/a> \u2014 or lack thereof \u2014 with Kody. \u201cWe\u2019re not reconciling. I\u2019m not hoping he\u2019s coming around. I\u2019m not going to settle for less than I deserve.\u00a0 \u2026 I\u2019m taking it for myself. I\u2019m doing more,\u201d she argued.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Janelle told Christine that her and Kody\u2019s December 2022 fight<\/a> \u201cwas the end of our relationship, our marriage, effectively.\u201d She shared, \u201cI\u2019m more at peace when he\u2019s not around.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSister Wives\u2018\u00a0Janelle Brown and Kody Brown\u2019s plural marriage was anything but conventional ahead of their 2022 split. Janelle and Kody\u2019s lives were intertwined well before they spiritually tied the knot in 1993. Janelle\u2019s late mom, Sheryl Brown, and Kody\u2019s dad, William Winn Brown, were married for years before William\u2019s death in 2013, making the eventual [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

That confirmation only strengthened Christine\u2019s resolve to get Janelle to a place where she fully leaves Kody and their life in Flagstaff behind<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe deserves to have someone who loves her, who\u2019s not going to have, what does [Janelle] say \u2026 friends with benefits? That\u2019s not a marriage,\u201d Christine told the cameras, noting that she\u2019s worried Kody will \u201cjust continue to give her scraps.\u201d<\/p>\n
