It has been tough, but we\u2019ve spent all week long scouring the depths of Instagram to bring you this week\u2019s Instahottie<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 Ben Smith<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You may recognize Ben from his appearance on The Bachelorette<\/strong><\/em>. After graduating from the prestigious military academy West Point (he got recruited to play golf), Smith served in the Army and became a Ranger\u2014before leaving active duty after breaking his back.<\/p>\n

According to his fitness app\u2019s website<\/a>, Smith is a fitness and nutrition coach, entrepreneur, and mental health advocate based in Los Angeles. With more than a decade working in health and fitness, he has led programming at respected strength training gyms in LA, developed online training for high performing individuals all over the world, and currently travels the globe as performance coach for clients in the music industry. Ben\u2019s goal is to promote holistic mind body wellness and deliver simple fitness to as many people as possible.<\/p>\n
