Kelly Clarkson<\/strong><\/a> showed off her stunning weight loss \u200bduring her \u2018dream\u2019 duet with Alanis Morissette<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n On the Thursday, October 19 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show<\/em>, Kelly, 41, and Alanis, 49, performed a stripped-down version of \u201cYou Oughta Know\u201d \u2014 a song Kelly compared to her own hit, \u201cSince U Been Gone.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI feel like this song is like my \u2018Since U Been Gone.\u2019 \u2026 I mean you saw everyone unleash every bad relationship they\u2019ve ever been through and channeled it,\u201d Clarkson said in her pre-performance interview with Alanis.<\/p>\n Kelly, who stunned in a form-fitting denim jumpsuit, asked Alanis if she still loves singing the song as much as fans love hearing it.<\/p>\n \u201cI do,\u201d Alanis responded. \u201cI remember just having a vision of my landlord before Jagged Little Pill<\/em> came out. \u2026 And after \u2018You Oughta Know\u2019 was released, I came by to pick up some stuff, and she ran into me and she said \u2018I just had to tell you that I didn\u2019t like your music when it first came out, but then I got divorced, and now I love you.’\u201d<\/p>\n The daytime talk show shared a new set of photos and a behind-the-scenes video from Alanis\u2019 appearance on Instagram, and referred to it as \u201cthe greatest day of The Kelly Clarkson Show<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n Kelly\u2019s recent weight loss has left fans begging<\/a> for her slimdown secrets<\/a>. On October 15, Kelly shared a photo of her outfit for Audacy\u2019s 10th Annual We Can Survive concert on October 14 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The \u201cStronger\u201d singer sported a black wrap dress that accentuated her slim waist, which she paired with black tights and matching boots.<\/p>\n Fans rushed to the comments of the post to compliment Kelly.<\/p>\n \u201cPlease share your secrets!! The American Idol<\/em><\/a> alum said in 2015 that she was diagnosed with a thyroid problem in 2006 and began taking medication. In a 2018 interview with Extra<\/em>, the singer revealed she eventually stopped taking the unnamed drug and focused on making lifestyle changes instead.<\/p>\n She said at the time that she had lost nearly 37 pounds with the help of Dr. Steven Gundry<\/strong>\u2019s book, The Plant Paradox<\/em>, which discusses a \u201clectin-free\u201d diet.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s basically about how we cook our food, non-GMO, no pesticides, eating really organic,\u201d she said to Extra<\/em> at the time. \u201cI did it for this autoimmune disease that I had and I had a thyroid issue, and now all my levels are back up.
