Jessel Taank<\/strong><\/a> and Sai De Silva<\/strong><\/a> had a rough season together on The Real Housewives of New York City<\/em><\/a>, but Jessel thinks things are copacetic between them \u2014 at least for now.<\/p>\n \u201cSai and I are on good terms,\u201d Jessel, 43, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> on Tuesday, October 17, adding that watching the season back gave her \u201can opportunity to reflect\u201d on her own behavior. \u201cI know I said a number of things that I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh, God, cringe, so awful.\u2019 And I\u2019m sure that as we\u2019re all watching ourselves on TV, you\u2019re like, \u2018Oh, gosh.\u2019 It\u2019s just more of a revelation on how you\u2019re reflected and how people see you.\u201d<\/p>\n When asked whether it seems like Sai, 42, is open to forming a deeper connection however, Jessel said she doesn\u2019t know. \u201cAnd quite frankly, I don\u2019t care,\u201d Jessel added. \u201cIt\u2019s one of those things where I\u2019ll always put my best foot forward. There\u2019s only so much you can do, and truly I am who I am \u2014 and I said that to her. I was like, \u2018If we are not aligned or if we\u2019re not the same personality or if we\u2019re just not connecting, it\u2019s OK.\u2019 You don\u2019t have to love everyone that\u2019s in your world.\u201d<\/p>\n Jessel and Sai clashed repeatedly over the course of season 14, in part because Sai felt like Jessel was trying too hard<\/a> to make her past sound relatable to their RHONY<\/em> costars. Sai was also furious when Jessel tried to connect with her about having family members who struggled with alcoholism. (Sai\u2019s mother and Jessel\u2019s uncle both died after battling addiction.)<\/p>\n When Jessel tried to tell Sai that her intention wasn\u2019t to upset her, Sai replied, \u201cAt the end of the day, Jessel, I don\u2019t care.\u201d<\/p>\n In the season finale, however, Sai turned her attention to Brynn Whitfield<\/strong><\/a>, who spilled the beans on Ubah Hassan<\/strong><\/a> having a secret boyfriend who lives in Connecticut. Sai was upset that Brynn, 36, told everyone where the boyfriend lives when Ubah, 40, had specifically requested that her costars keep any discussion of her romance off-camera.<\/p>\n Jessel, for her part, told Us<\/em> she \u201c100 percent\u201d understands why Ubah wanted to keep the relationship a secret at that stage, as she and the mystery man had just started dating. And while it doesn\u2019t sound like Ubah\u2019s boyfriend will be appearing on RHONY<\/em> anytime soon, Jessel confirmed that she\u2019s met him \u2014 and she loves him.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m obsessed with him,\u201d Jessel gushed to Us<\/em>. \u201cHe\u2019s so gorgeous and he\u2019s obviously very obsessed with her. They\u2019re so happy, and I\u2019m so happy for her.\u201d<\/p>\n
