On the latest episode of Southern Charm<\/em><\/a>, Olivia Flowers<\/strong><\/a> tearfully recalled her late brother Connor<\/a>\u2019s final words to her\u00a0\u2014 and revealed how her family first processed the loss<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne of the last things he said to me was, \u2018You\u2019re doing everything right. You\u2019re exactly where you\u2019re supposed to be,\u2019\u201d Olivia, 31, told cameras on the Thursday, October 19, episode of the Bravo series. She remembered Connor telling her, \u201cI hope you can look at me and be proud of me, like I\u2019m proud of you.\u201d<\/p>\n

During Thursday\u2019s episode, which filmed in January, the cast learned that Olivia\u2019s older brother, Connor, died that month at the age of 32. (The Flowers family confirmed Connor\u2019s death in January<\/a>\u00a0but have not revealed how he died.)<\/p>\n

While Craig Conover<\/strong><\/a> baked Olivia a gluten-free lasagna, Shep Rose<\/strong><\/a> offered up his home to her family so they could mourn together. (He and Olivia live next door to each other.)<\/p>\n

The girls, meanwhile, invited Olivia over to Venita Aspen<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s house to surround her with support. \u201cI haven\u2019t been able to go in his room, whereas my mom just wants to stay in it,\u201d Olivia said of her grieving process. \u201cWe\u2019re all just on different pages.\u201d<\/p>\n

Olivia began to cry while thinking about Connor\u2019s passing. \u201cHe was so thoughtful, sweet and kind. I just hope he knew how loved he was,\u201d she told Venita, 30, and Leva Bonaparte<\/strong><\/a>. \u201cI just hope he knew that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAfter losing beloved stars including Barbara Walters, Kirstie Alley and Stephen \u201ctWitch\u201d Boss in the final days of 2022, the entertainment industry continued to deal with loss in 2023. Hollywood was dealt a devastating blow with three significant losses in April: Jerry Springer, Harry Belafonte and Dancing With the Stars judge Len Goodman all died [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

During the get together, Olivia and Taylor Ann Green<\/strong><\/a> put aside their recent issues and shared a hug. (Taylor, 29, and Olivia have been at odds all season after Taylor lied to Olivia about kissing her ex-boyfriend Austen Kroll<\/strong><\/a> while Olivia and Austen, 36, were trying to sort out their relationship.)<\/p>\n

Although Taylor was there for Olivia in her time of need, Olivia later told the cameras she still has \u201cquestions\u201d for her former BFF. \u201cMy feelings are still very hurt. But you don\u2019t really think about who you want around during something like this. You just appreciate the people who are there,\u201d Olivia said in a confessional. \u201cAt the end of the day, I really care about our friendship. I want to move forward.\u201d<\/p>\n

Olivia proceeded to tell her pals that Austen \u2014 who she yelled at one episode prior for kissing Taylor behind her back<\/a> \u2014 had also been a shoulder to lean on after Connor\u2019s death.<\/p>\n

When Southern Charm premiered, it starred Thomas Ravenel, Shep Rose, Cameran Eubanks, Craig Conover, Whitney Sudler-Smith and Jenna King. During season 1, Thomas met Kathryn Dennis, who is nearly 30 years his [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cEveryone stepped up in such a way that meant so much. Having Austen step up is comforting. It\u2019s hard to stay mad at someone who\u2019s experienced something similar,\u201d she said, referring to Austen losing his older sister, Kyle, as a child. \u201cIt sucks that we have that in common. It\u2019s a common ground, nonetheless.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Taylor gave Us Weekly<\/em> an exclusive update on her friendship with Olivia<\/a>. She confirmed that although they aren\u2019t 100 percent OK, they bonded over the deaths of their respective brothers in 2023. (Taylor\u2019s brother, Richard \u201cWorth\u201d Worthington Green, passed away in June at age 36<\/a>.)<\/p>\n
