Kourtney Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> has gone through three pregnancies in the past, but her fourth one came with different circumstances that made her \u201ca little bit afraid.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThis time, unlike the other three, I was followed by a different group of doctors, who gave me many restrictions in the first months,\u201d the Kardashians<\/em> star said in an interview published on Friday, October 13. \u201cNo workouts, no Pilates, no caffeine and no plane trips. However, on September 6, Kourtney revealed via Instagram that she had an emergency fetal surgery<\/a> to save her unborn son\u2019s life.<\/p>\n \u201cI will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby\u2019s life,\u201d she wrote in the caption alongside a photo of Travis\u2019 hand holding hers. \u201cAs someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn\u2019t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don\u2019t think anyone who hasn\u2019t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.
