Scott Disick<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s deteriorating health has created some concern for his loved ones \u2014 including Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

During a new episode of The Kardashians<\/em><\/a>, which started streaming on Thursday, October 12, Scott, 40, discussed the aftermath of his 2022 car accident.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI gained a lot of weight here because of my back,\u201d he told Khlo\u00e9, 39, when she visited him at home. \u201cEver since that car accident, [my back pain] got worse over time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Khlo\u00e9 urged Scott to make an appointment with a physical therapist before his back issues required surgery.<\/a><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tLeaving his mark. Since his reality TV debut, Scott Disick has faced many public ups and downs in his life \u2014 in front of and behind the cameras. Disick appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians since its 2007 premiere, which was filmed one year after he started dating Kourtney Kardashian. The then-couple\u2019s tumultuous relationship [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI think Scott maybe needs a little pep talk because this is probably the unhealthiest I\u2019ve seen him. He\u2019s barely mobile and it is all from his back. That wouldn\u2019t make anyone feel good,\u201d she noted in a confessional. \u201cI think Scott needs to realize these things are fixable. You can\u2019t let it get you down.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Los Angeles County Sheriff\u2019s Department Bureau confirmed to Us Weekly<\/em> in August 2022 that Scott was behind the wheel when the solo accident occurred<\/a> in Calabasas.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was determined the primary cause of the traffic collision was speed and alcohol was not a factor,\u201d the LASD said in a press release at the time. \u201cMr. Disick suffered minor, non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical treatment. He was picked up from the scene by family members and his vehicle was towed away per his request.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tScott Disick has struggled with substance abuse, grief and more issues since stepping into the spotlight, but he has also celebrated personal wins, such as welcoming three children.\u00a0Us Weekly\u00a0is taking a look back at his highs and lows through the years. The reality star became a household name while starring alongside Kourtney Kardashian on\u00a0Keeping Up [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cSo I was going up to pick Mason up because we were going to a movie. I was driving by myself,\u201d Scott \u2014 who shares kids Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8, with ex Kourtney Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 recalled to Kris Jenner<\/strong><\/a> in a June episode. \u201cI made a right and then the curbs in that neighborhood are not flat curbs \u2014 they are kind of like little lips. So the wheel came into the little lip and made it pull a little and by the time it pulled it smacked into a pillar.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Talentless cofounder said his Lamborghini SUV was destroyed in the accident, adding, \u201cIt hit and did a somersault forward then hit then landed. I was up there [in my car] strapped in and hanging. Then I couldn\u2019t get out and I tried the sunroof.\u201d<\/p>\n

Scott chose to remain focused on the positive by praising his daughter for supporting him<\/a> shortly after the accident.<\/p>\n

\u201cGood thing I got P. She took care of me [after the accident]. She got all the blood off of me when she was there,\u201d he added while Penelope sat next to him. \u201cShe came down with a wet rag and got my face all done. She was a great help.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tPutting the kids first! Scott Disick has had his ups and downs over the years, but his three children have remained his top priority. \u201cThe truth is, my problems shouldn\u2019t affect the kids,\u201d Disick exclusively told Us Weekly in June 2019, referring to his and ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian\u2019s complicated relationship. \u201cJust because their mother and [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In Thursday\u2019s episode, Scott let the cameras come with him to his first doctor\u2019s appointment for his back issues. The medical professional told Scott he was right on the cusp of needing surgery<\/a> if he didn\u2019t take action.<\/p>\n

\u201cI haven\u2019t been able to run around and I gained weight. Whatever I have to do to not have open back surgery, [I will do],\u201d Scott noted. \u201c[But the accident I enjoyed] sex. But now I can\u2019t move so \u2026 I\u2019m terrible. Get back on the wagon to f\u2014k. No motion for me!\u201d<\/p>\n

Scott later thanked Khlo\u00e9 for being by his side, telling the cameras, \u201cI am feeling good and I figure I am better off doing the therapy than getting possibly abused by Khlo\u00e9. So I am happy to commit to this and then on my 40th birthday or something me and you \u2026 what?\u201d<\/p>\n
