\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Mary Lou Retton<\/strong><\/a> is \u201cfighting for her life\u201d in the ICU, her daughter says.<\/p>\n The 55-year-old former Olympic gymnast is currently battling a \u201cvery rare form of pneumonia\u201d and her daughter McKenna<\/strong> has taken to social media asking for help.<\/p>\n McKenna<\/strong> says that her mom is not insured and she\u2019s seeking assistance with the hospital bills.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cOn behalf of my sisters and I, we need y\u2019all\u2019s help. My amazing mom, Mary Lou, has a very rare form of pneumonia and is fighting for her life. She is not able to breathe on her own. She\u2019s been in the ICU for over a week now. Out of respect for her and her privacy, I will not disclose all details. However, I will disclose that she not insured,\u201d she wrote in a SpotFund <\/a>page.<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cWe ask that if you could help in any way, that 1) you PRAY! and 2) if you could help us with finances for the hospital bill. ANYTHING, absolutely anything, would be so helpful for my family and my mom.
