Chrisley Knows Best is certainly not without drama, but its stars have been at the center of more controversies than a single reality show can handle. Fans met Todd Chrisley, Julie Chrisley and their kids \u2014 Chase, Savannah and Grayson \u2014 when the series premiered on USA Network in March 2014. [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Savannah revealed in November 2022 that she gained custody<\/a> of brother Grayson, 17, and half-brother Kyle Chrisley\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> daughter, Chloe, 10, amid her parents\u2019 legal woes. Todd, 54, and Julie, 50, were charged with several counts of bank and wire fraud and tax evasion in 2019 before being sentenced to 12 and seven years in prison<\/a>, respectively, in June 2022. The pair reported for their sentences, which they are currently serving at separate prisons, in December 2022.<\/span><\/p>\nFor Savannah, it was hard to grapple with filming Special Forces<\/em> \u2014 which shoots in New Zealand and maintains a strict \u201cno contact\u201d rule \u2014 knowing Grayson and Chloe have already experienced \u201cso much loss.\u201d\u00a0 Her absence was especially hard on her niece, who was worried Savannah wouldn\u2019t ever return.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\u201cShe was like, \u2018You\u2019re coming back?\u2019 And I had to keep telling her, \u2018Yes, I\u2019m coming back. I\u2019m coming back,\u2019\u201d she recalled. \u201cBecause all she\u2019s known is people not coming back from such a young age.
