\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n A first look at Peacock\u2019s Mr. Monk\u2019s Last Case: A Monk Movie<\/strong><\/em> is finally here!<\/p>\n Starring Tony Shalhoub<\/strong><\/a> as the titular character, the newest Monk<\/strong><\/a><\/em> film counts Caitlin McGee<\/strong><\/a> and James Purefoy<\/strong><\/a> as new additions to the cast, and Ted Levine<\/strong><\/a>, Jason Gray-Stanford<\/strong><\/a>, Traylor Howard<\/strong>, Melora Hardin<\/strong><\/a>, and Hector Elizondo<\/strong><\/a> as returning members.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Peacock released a series of first-look images from Mr. Monk\u2019s Last Case<\/em> on Monday (October 9) featuring Tony<\/strong> and others in their roles.<\/p>\n As for what to expect in the first movie installment of Monk<\/em>, its synopsis states: \u201cMonk returns to solve one last, very personal case involving his beloved stepdaughter Molly, a journalist preparing for her wedding.\u201d<\/p>\n A joint statement from creator, writer, and executive producer Andy Breckman<\/strong>, executive producer David Hoberman<\/strong>, and director and executive producer Randy Zisk<\/strong> reads: \u201cWe\u2019re so delighted to have made a movie version of MONK<\/em>, and we are thrilled that every one of our stars were so enthusiastic about coming back. But in coming back, we wanted to do a film that was worthy of our legacy. MR MONK\u2019S LAST CASE<\/em> is a story that is powerful, emotional, funny, heartwarming, and has something to say about the human condition.
