Travis Kelce<\/b><\/a> thinks the NFL\u2019s coverage of <\/span>Taylor Swift<\/b><\/a> at his games is getting out of hand amid their budding romance.<\/p>\n During the Wednesday, October 4, episode of his \u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast<\/span><\/a>, Travis, 33, reflected on Taylor, 33, attending the Kansas City Chiefs game against the New York Jets on Sunday, October 1. The camera showed the \u201cCruel Summer\u201d singer throughout the game, as well as her friends including <\/span>Blake Lively<\/b><\/a>, <\/b>Ryan Reynolds<\/b><\/a>, <\/b>Hugh Jackman<\/b><\/a> and <\/span>Sophie Turner<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cIs the NFL overdoing it? What is your honest opinion?\u201d Jason Kelce<\/strong><\/a> asked in the episode titled \u201cJason Survives Overtime, Travis Escapes from New York and The NFL Needs to Calm Down,\u201d which is a nod to Taylor\u2019s 2019 song \u201cYou Need to Calm Down.\u201d<\/p>\n Travis admitted he believes that everybody is \u201coverwhelmed\u201d by the situation.<\/p>\n Jason, 35, then told Travis to \u201ctake away [his] feelings for Taylor\u201d before he asked for his \u201chonest opinion on how the NFL is treating celebrities at the games.\u201d<\/p>\n While many football fans complained that Taylor and her friends got too much attention, the tight end said it\u2019s \u201cfun\u201d to see A-listers at the game. \u201cI think it brings a little more to the atmosphere, it brings a little bit more to what you\u2019re watching,\u201d Travis said. \u201cBut at the same time, I think\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n Jason cut off his younger brother to say that the NFL was \u201coverdoing it,\u201d which Travis agreed with. \u201cThey\u2019re overdoing it a little bit, for sure,\u201d Travis said. \u201cEspecially my situation.\u201d<\/p>\n However, he added that the attention was likely good hearted and said, \u201cThey\u2019re just trying to have fun with it.\u201d<\/p>\n Taylor and her friends cheered on Travis<\/span><\/a> just one week after she shocked fans by attending the Chiefs game against the Chicago Bears on September 24. The <\/span>Cats<\/span><\/i> star was seen enthusiastically cheering on Travis as she sat with his mother, <\/span>Donna Kelce<\/b><\/a>, and his friends in a suite.<\/p>\n The \u201cEnchanted\u201d singer and athlete\u2019s romance seemingly began after Travis revealed he attended her Eras tour show at Arrowhead Stadium in July. He explained during the \u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast that he tried to ask her out by giving her a friendship bracelet with his phone number<\/a> on it. Unfortunately, he wasn\u2019t able to get her attention and left the concert without a date.<\/p>\n After he made the confession on his podcast, Travis revealed he made contact with Taylor and invited her to watch him play<\/a> in person.
