Witney Carson<\/strong><\/a> is closing in on her fitness goal four months postpartum.<\/p>\n

\u201cGetting closer to my goal!\u201d she wrote via Instagram Story on Saturday, October 7, sporting taupe biker shorts and a brown short sleeve crop top. \u201c4 months PP,\u201d she added, with a flexed bicep emoji.<\/p>\n

The Dancing With the Stars<\/a><\/em> pro, 29, welcomed son Jet in May with husband Carson McAllister<\/strong>. (The pair also share son Leo, 2.)<\/p>\n

\u201cOur hearts have doubled in size for our Jetty boy,\u201d Carson wrote at the time. \u201cHe\u2019s the most perfect addition to our family and has already given us so much joy! We love you baby boy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tCelebrity moms are becoming more and more open about their pregnancies \u2014 and have started sharing their postpartum bodies on social media. \u201cSo amazing what we [mothers] can do,\u201d Bachelor Nation\u2019s Bekah Martinez captioned an Instagram Story mirror selfie in February 2019 after welcoming her first baby. \u201cI\u2019ve never felt so much respect and love [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The former So You Think You Can Dance<\/em><\/a> contestant has been candid about her postpartum body in the past. Nearly two weeks after welcoming Leo in 2021, Carson shared a picture holding her son to Instagram and opened up<\/a> about her healing journey.<\/p>\n

\u201cFinally wearing real clothes but still in a diaper,\u201d she wrote<\/a>. \u201cHealing from birth is no joke. \u2026 So proud of this body and what it went through to bring this angel boy into this world.\u201d<\/p>\n

Carson announced in August that she would not be returning<\/a> for season 32 of DWTS<\/em>, citing distance and family as the reasons why. It was a decision, she said, that was not taken \u201clightly.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou guys know that family is the most important thing to me, and we just really felt that moving our entire family across the country right now was not for us,\u201d she shared via TikTok<\/a>. \u201cLeo\u2019s at an age where he needs consistency and dependability, and he hasn\u2019t had that ever since he\u2019s been born. We\u2019re just really trying to give him that right now.\u201d<\/p>\n
