We still don\u2019t have a Legend of Zelda<\/em><\/a> or Metroid<\/em> set<\/a>, but Lego is slowly working its way through Nintendo\u2019s most popular IP \u2014 today, it\u2019s announcing that Animal Crossing<\/em> is officially making its way to bricks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We don\u2019t have any sets to show you yet, just the teaser you see above that shows off some of the minifigs in animated form. No release dates, either. But Animal Crossing<\/em> Lego isn\u2019t coming out of left field. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Fans have been asking for this for years \u2014 many submitted Animal Crossing <\/em>designs to the Lego Ideas program, and two of them made to the 10,000 votes required for Lego to consider producing an official set. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
