\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Ava Phillippe<\/strong><\/a> is getting candid about her mental health. <\/p>\n The 24-year-old daughter of Reese Witherspoon<\/strong><\/a> and Ryan Phillippe<\/strong><\/a> recently opened up about experiencing anxiety. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Ava<\/strong> hosted a Q&A on her Instagram on Saturday (September 30), where she detailed her longtime mental health struggles. <\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve dealt with anxiety for as long as I can remember, and it was especially intense for me as a kid & teenager,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n When asked how she deals with her anxiety, Ava<\/strong> shared some tips, although she acknowledged that \u201cthere is no one solution that works for everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n She told her followers, \u201cDon\u2019t invalidate your feelings.
