Bekah Martinez<\/strong><\/a> and her longtime love, Grayston Leonard<\/strong><\/a>, haven\u2019t had a conventional romance \u2014 but their connection has only grown stronger over the years.<\/p>\n

Martinez was introduced to Bachelor Nation when she appeared on Arie Luyendyk Jr.<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s season of The Bachelor<\/em><\/a> in 2018. While many speculated that she would head to Bachelor in Paradise<\/em><\/a> that summer, she fell for Leonard off screen. The pair made their relationship Instagram official in July 2018.<\/p>\n

After three months of dating<\/a>, the duo learned that they were expecting their first child<\/a>. Martinez gave birth to her first child<\/a>, daughter Ruth, in February 2019 and welcomed son Franklin<\/a> in June 2020.<\/p>\n

Two years later, the lovebirds revealed they were officially engaged<\/a> after dating for nearly five years. In April 2023, the former ABC personality revealed she and Leonard were expanding their family<\/a> once again, and the two welcomed their third child<\/a> that September.<\/p>\n
