Zhu was taken into custody while attempting to leave the country from Singapore\u2019s Changi Airport, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2023-09-29\/three-arrows-capital-co-founder-zhu-apprehended-liquidator-says?sref=ExbtjcSG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">as reported earlier by <em>Bloomberg<\/em><\/a>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph mb-20 font-fkroman text-18 leading-160 -tracking-1 selection:bg-franklin-20 dark:text-white dark:selection:bg-blurple [&amp;_a:hover]:shadow-highlight-franklin dark:[&amp;_a:hover]:shadow-highlight-blurple [&amp;_a]:shadow-underline-black dark:[&amp;_a]:shadow-underline-white\">Teneo, the liquidation firm in charge of liquidating 3AC\u2019s assets, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/byKatherineRoss\/status\/1707763677472981121?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">says it received<\/a> a committal order against Zhu after he failed to comply with a court order that compelled him to cooperate with the liquidation process. That committal order directs Singaporean police to arrest Zhu and hold him in prison for four months.
