Greetings! Today we are shipping\u00a0SteamVR 2.0 in beta.<\/strong>\u00a0We see this is as the first major step toward\u00a0our goal of bringing all of what\u2019s new on the Steam platform into VR.<\/strong><\/p>\n Users who opt into this beta will notice a new UI with lots of added features:<\/p>\n \u00b7Most of the current features of Steam and Steam Deck are now part of SteamVR<\/p>\n \u00b7Updated keyboard with support for new languages, emojis, and themes<\/p>\n \u00b7Integration of Steam Chat and Voice Chat<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0Improved Store that puts new and popular VR releases front and center<\/p>\n This is just the beginning of SteamVR 2.0\u2019s journey, and we\u2019ll have more to share in the coming weeks and months as we collect feedback and work on the features mentioned above. This beta will give us a chance to\u00a0iron out the kinks as more and more people try it out.
