\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Ozzy Osbourne<\/strong><\/a> has announced some sad news.<\/p>\n On Tuesday (January 31), the 74-year-old Black Sabbath<\/strong> lead vocalist announced that he was retiring from touring and cancelling his upcoming tour.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThis is probably one of the hardest things I\u2019ve ever had to share with my loyal fans. As you may all know, four years ago, this month, I had a major accident, where I damaged my spine,\u201d Ozzy<\/strong> wrote on Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cMy one and only purpose during this time has been to get back on stage,\u201d Ozzy<\/strong> continued. \u201cMy singing voice is fine. However, after three operations, stem cell treatments, endless physical therapy sessions, and most recently groundbreaking Cybernics (HAL) Treatment, my body is still physically weak.\u201d<\/p>\n He added, \u201cI am honestly humbled by the way you\u2019ve all patiently held onto your tickets for all this time, but in all good conscience, I have now come to the realization that I\u2019m not physically capable of doing my upcoming European\/UK tour dates, as I know I couldn\u2019t deal with the travel required. Believe me when I say that the thought of disappointing my fans really F\u2013KS ME UP, more than you will ever know.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cNever would I have imagined that my touring days would have ended this way,\u201d Ozzy wrote. \u201cMy team is currently coming up with ideas for where I will be able to perform without having to travel from city to city and country to country.\u201d<\/p>\n Ozzy<\/strong> concluded, \u201cI want to thank my family\u2026\u2026my band\u2026\u2026.my crew\u2026\u2026my longtime friends, @JudasPriest, and of course, my fans for their endless dedication, loyalty, and support, and for giving me the life that I never ever dreamed I would have.
