The former hard-living supermodel, who will turn 50 in January, joked she refuses to acknowledge her age and has held onto the vice despite recently reinventing herself as a wellness guru.<\/p>\n
She told the Sunday Times part of her new lifestyle involves \u201cmoonbathing\u201d, in which she lies under the night sky to absorb lunar energy.<\/p>\n
Kate said she has also experimented with waking at 4am, and grows her own vegetables after moving out of London to west Oxfordshire, where she added her day starts with transcendental meditation. <\/p>\n
She said about using crystals throughout her day and how she \u201ccharges\u201d them before us: \u201cI put all my crystals on a tray and put them outside in a garden, just cleaning the crystal, charging the crystals.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nBut she added to the Sunday Times: \u201cI still smoke occasionally. I\u2019ve heard that when you stop, you can really tell (by your skin.)<\/p>\n
\n\u201cBut I haven\u2019t stopped\u2026 yet.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nKate recently launched her new Cosmoss wellness brand and said she also goes wild swimming in her new home \u2013 \u201cin a secret place, in the middle of lots of fields\u201d where only villagers are allowed.<\/p>\n
\nShe said about being in \u201cdenial\u201d about her upcoming 50th birthday on 16 January: \u201cI\u2019m not turning 50. No. I\u2019m not thinking about it. I do not feel 50.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nKate also said \u201cno comment\u201d when asked whether she has undergone any \u201ctweakments\u201d such as filler or Botox to prevent the appearance of aging.<\/p>\n
\nBut hinting she hadn\u2019t had any work done, she said: \u201cAu naturel. Next.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nKate said she now cuts off any partying she does indulge in at midnight on nights out \u2013 but admitted she sometimes still gets \u201cFomo.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nShe added: \u201cI\u2019m not really into it. I do get Fomo (fear of missing out) sometimes, like, \u2018Oh I wish I\u2019d gone to that or was hanging out with everybody.\u2019<\/p>\n
\n\u201cWhen I do go out I leave at midnight \u2013 that\u2019s my cut-off. I\u2019ve seen everyone, everyone\u2019s talked sense.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cAfter that, people start repeating themselves. So then I go home.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nKate\u2019s life now involves practicing Ashtanga yoga, reciting affirmations and cooking for her 20-year-old model daughter, Lila, who she had with 52-year-old magazine editor Jefferson Hack.<\/p>\n
\nLila made her runway debut for Miu Miu in 2020, and has since walked several catwalks alongside her mum.<\/p>\n
\nThe rising star told Vogue: \u201cIt\u2019s so funny because I copy her outfits consistently. I can\u2019t steal her shoes, which is devastating. She\u2019s a size 6 and I\u2019m a size 5 and it\u2019s one of my biggest regrets.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
