Janelle Brown<\/strong><\/a> is a self-proclaimed \u201cindependent\u201d woman \u2014 but she confessed on the latest Sister Wives<\/em><\/a> episode that she does miss a few things about ex Kody Brown<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do miss Kody. We are very best friends. We have a lot of conversations,\u201d Janelle, 54, told the cameras during the Sunday, September 24, episode of the TLC series. \u201cI miss him in my bed. I miss him in my house. I miss him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Janelle doubled down on her comments, telling Kody, 54, directly, \u201cI miss you honey. I just don\u2019t know how to fix this. You and I have a tendency to be, like, you come back and forget all the hard stuff. I need something different this time<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Janelle and Kody\u2019s lives were intertwined well before they spiritually tied the knot in 1993. Janelle\u2019s late mom, Sheryl Brown, and Kody\u2019s dad, William Winn Brown, were married for years before William\u2019s death in 2013, making the eventual [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Janelle denied his claims, telling the cameras, \u201cI\u2019m like, whoa buddy, you\u2019re way missing the boat here. There\u2019s way more to a marriage than just physical attraction, and I feel like we\u2019re in big danger here.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier this season, Kody and Janelle feuded over the treatment of their sons Garrison<\/strong>, 25, and Gabriel<\/strong>, 21<\/a>. Kody\u2019s lingering problem with the boys allegedly not respecting his COVID rules resulted into a blowout argument between the couple, and they ended up spending the 2022 holidays apart<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Throughout the episode, which filmed in the new year, Janelle and Kody tried once again to make amends and move past their problems. Although Janelle admitted their second chat \u201cwent better than I thought,\u201d she revealed she wanted to stay \u201cseparated\u201d a while longer.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, it went better than Janelle expected. I kind of thought we would reconcile right here,\u201d Kody said during a confessional. \u201cShe\u2019s like, \u2018No, I\u2019m enjoying my independence, this freedom, too much, so I want to stay separated.\u2019 More in my mind it went well because I am deeply committed to never triggering again. Or becoming angry.\u201d<\/p>\n

Janelle, for her part, told the cameras that her independence wasn\u2019t behind her choice to live apart from Kody<\/a>. It was his treatment of their kids \u2014 having ghosted their youngest daughter, Savanah, since early December \u2014 that caused her decision.<\/p>\n
