The 47-year-old drummer \u2013 who sparked the postponement of the group\u2019s shows in Europe earlier this month when he rushed home to be by wife Kourtney Kardashian<\/a>\u2019s side as she underwent emergency surgery on their unborn baby son \u2013 admitted on Friday (22.09.23) he had the disease by sharing a snap of his positive home testing kit. <\/p>\n

He captioned an image of himself posted to his Instagram Stories holding the plastic white tester showing a double-line result with a series of sick and shocked-face emojis. <\/p>\n

Travis also tested positive for coronavirus in 2022 \u2013 two months after he was hospitalised with \u201csevere\u201d and \u201clife-threatening\u201d pancreatitis. <\/p>\n

Blink 182, which also includes members Tom DeLonge<\/a>, 47, and Mark Hoppus, 51, are set to perform at the Altice Arena in Portugal on 2 October. <\/p>\n

\nTravis told fans on X after wife Kourtney, 44, underwent emergency surgery on their unborn baby son: \u201cI flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I\u2019m so grateful went well.\u201d <\/p>\n

\nHe also thanked his followers for their support before noting Blink 182\u2019s tour would shortly resume, signing off his message with: \u201cGod is great.\u201d <\/p>\n

\nThe band, who are releasing an upcoming album, recently came together to reflect on the numerous \u201ccatastrophes\u201d they have endured in their personal lives before finally reuniting. <\/p>\n

\nVocalist and guitarist Tom revealed in a YouTube clip he had told his wife he never expected to play music or \u201ctour again\u201d after he left the band for a second time in 2015. <\/p>\n

\nHis view changed when frontman Mark told his bandmates in 2021 he\u2019d been diagnosed with cancer. <\/p>\n

\nMark announced in 2021 that he was battling cancer and is currently in remission. <\/p>\n

\nTravis and Kourtney married in May 2022 and in June this year she announced she was expecting her first child with her husband as he performed with his band \u2013 by holding up a sign that said: \u201cTravis I\u2019m pregnant.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
