former lead of this ABC franchise now facing a legal battle for having allegedly <em>made<\/em> love to someone after his time at the center of this show.<\/p>\n<p>Back on August 1, Echard was hit with a lawsuit by an unnamed podcaster who hails from Arizona and who claims in court documents that she and the 33-year old slept together on May 20.<\/p>\n<p>This woman says she is pregnant with twins\u2026 they are due in February\u2026 and Echard is the biological father.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><noscript><\/noscript><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" anyone since March of 2022\u201d and that Echard broke things off the morning after their supposed night together.<\/p>\n<p>According to The Sun, she says she sent Echard copies of her pregnancy results, stating that he didn\u2019t believe her and said they only had <em>oral<\/em> sex.<\/p>\n<p>This doesn\u2019t mean Echard has done anything wrong in this instance \u2014 but he wasn\u2019t exactly the most popular Bachelor.<\/p>\n<p>He was trashed last spring for having screwed over finalists Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey\u2026 prior to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2022\/03\/clayton-echard-makes-history-in-most-scripted-ridiculous-nauseat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">asking Susie Evans out on a totally target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Evans and Echard split just a few months later.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Clayton later thanked Susie, however, for saving him during an extremely low point in his life, even saying that he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2022\/10\/clayton-echard-reveals-suicidal-thoughts-says-susie-evans-saved-me\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">once had suicidal thoughts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As for this lawsuit, meanwhile?<\/p>\n<p>The accuser included with it \u201cerratic, illogical and threatening messages\u201d from Echard, along with screenshots of texts he reportedly sent her.<\/p>\n<p>These messages included comments like, \u201cI don\u2019t believe you for a second,\u201d \u201cI legitimately hate you right now,\u201d \u201cYou have lost your mind and I hope YOU think about how terrible this is that you would subject me to this\u201d and \u201cMy personal hell would be having to have you be a part of my life.\u201d <\/p>\n<figure (ABC)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The woman writes in her lawsuit that she \u201coffered more than 50 times in writing\u201d for Echard to take a paternity test. <\/p>\n<p>They allegedly scheduled an appointment for Augugst 23, which she said she paid a $725 deposit for, yet that she says it was cancelled due to Echard\u2019s \u201cunwillingness to participate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Another one of Clayton\u2019s alleged messages to her read as follows: <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would like for you to get an abortion (if you are pregnant with my child, which I still don\u2019t believe, but it doesn\u2019t really matter either way). If you do not, that\u2019s your choice. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThen, in that case, if it ends up being my child, I have decided that either you\u2019ll take 100% custody of the child, or it will be put up for adoption.
