Madison LeCroy<\/strong><\/a> wants to schedule a C-section<\/a> \u2014 and get a mommy makeover at the same time \u2014 following her future pregnancy.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re not going to give me the option to have [a natural birth],\u201d Madison, 32, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> this month after confirming she suffered a pelvic fracture during her first pregnancy.<\/p>\n

The Southern Charm<\/em><\/a> star explained, \u201cSo we\u2019re going to schedule it,\u201d adding with a laugh, \u201cWith a tummy tuck on the side. Thank you!\u201d<\/p>\n

Madison shares 10-year-old son Hudson with ex-husband Josh Hughes<\/strong><\/a>. Since getting remarried to Brett Randle<\/strong> in November 2022<\/a>, Madison told Us<\/em> that expanding her family is something on her mind.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe more money I can make, the bigger the family will grow,\u201d Madison said while promoting season 9 of the Bravo series. \u201cAnd I\u2019m excited about that.\u201d<\/p>\n

The desire to be a mother of two, however, hasn\u2019t outweighed her fears of giving birth. During the season 9 Southern Charm<\/em> trailer<\/a>, which dropped last month, Madison briefly touched upon her past birthing scare while visiting her doctor to talk about pregnancy plans.<\/p>\n

The hairstylist recalled her \u201cawful\u201d birthing story to Us<\/em>, revealing that she had \u201ca BabyBj\u00f6rn and a walker\u201d for the first three months of motherhood. (A BabyBj\u00f6rn is a bouncer or carrier for babies, while the walker was for Madison\u2019s pelvic recovery.)<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was totally worth it,\u201d Madison gushed, noting that the tough birth \u201cmight be another reason\u201d she is \u201cso obsessed with Hudson.\u201d She joked, \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018Do you know how much it took to get you here?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

While babies are often on her brain, Madison is currently reveling in her first year of marriage with Brett, who made his Southern Charm<\/em> debut<\/a> on the Thursday, September 14, premiere.<\/p>\n
