The 57-year-old shared that his mom left him when he was 2 and his dad entered a \u201cloveless\u201d marriage. Adherents of the Baha\u2019i faith, his dad and stepmom would \u201crage\u201d behind closed doors, then espouse the \u201cunity\u201d of all people, leaving Rainn traumatized. \u201cAbandoned toddler, that\u2019ll f\u2013k you up, and there was this weird gaslighting mindf\u2013k,\u201d he noted in the \u201cDiary of a CEO<\/a>\u201d podcast, adding that he later battled depression and addiction.
