\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Alix Earle<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about her mental health and a recent incident at the U.S. Open.<\/p>\n In a video posted to her TikTok account on Monday (September 11), the 22-year-old influencer revealed that she \u201chad a little panic attack\u201d while attending the U.S. Open<\/strong><\/a> in New York City. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m literally on the floor of the bathroom in the suite. I thought I was going to go home, I thought I was going to have to call 911, I felt like I couldn\u2019t breathe,\u201d she shared. <\/p>\n In addition to opening up about her experience at the U.S. Open, Alix<\/strong> also told her followers how she copes with her anxiety.<\/p>\n \u201cNo. 1, and I know this is super hard, but I like to tell someone that I don\u2019t feel good, that I\u2019m having anxiety,\u201d she said. \u201cIt helps to have someone there, you know, that if something does happen to you they\u2019ll be be able to get help or do something,\u201d<\/p>\n Alix<\/strong> went on to share that she likes to practice breathing exercises to calm herself down and then distract herself by talking about things such as the food she ate that day <\/p>\n \u201cThat helps calm your nervous system and get into a better headspace,\u201d she said. \u201cYou will just go through this rabbit hole in your head freaking out so you need to, as hard as it is, just find something else.\u201d<\/p>\n Alix<\/strong> emphasized that she tell fans about her anxiety in hopes of helping others cope with theirs.<\/p>\n \u201cI just wanted to make this video because I was able to get myself out of that headspace, and we stayed and we had a great time.
