Sean Penn<\/a> says he would have hunted down and slaughtered the terrorists behind 9\/11 if he had been US President at the time of the attacks. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The \u2018Milk\u2019 actor, 63, added he would have gone to jail for his actions if he\u2019d been in charge of America 22 years ago when hijacked planes were used to strike New York\u2019s Twin Towers and the Pentagon. <\/p>\n
He said in a fiery interview with Variety magazine: \u201cI\u2019d have let White House counsel know they (Amnesty International) are on vacation. \u201cI\u2019m not consulting with them. If I have to go to prison, I\u2019ll go, but I\u2019m going to kill them. I\u2019m killing everyone that did this. But only them. And we know where the f*** they are.\u201d<\/p>\n
Sean\u2019s most recent project, scheduled for a 18 September release, is a documentary on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky titled \u2018Superpower\u2019. <\/p>\n
The two-time Oscar winner added in the Variety chat he had permanently given away one of his pair of trophies to the Ukraine leader. <\/p>\n
\nHe said: \u201cI told him to keep it and bring it to Malibu after all this is over and his country is safe.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nSean \u2013 who won two Academy Awards for best actor for \u2018Mystic River\u2019 in 2003 and 2008\u2019s \u2018Milk\u2019 \u2013 also raged about Oscars bosses refusing to let Zelensky speak at the 2022 Oscars where Will Smith, 54, assaulted Chris Rock, 58, weeks after Ukraine was invaded by Russia. <\/p>\n
\nThe actor raged: \u201cThe Oscars producer thought, \u2018Oh, he\u2019s not light-hearted enough.\u2019 <\/p>\n
\n\u201cWell, guess what you got instead? Will Smith!\u201d <\/p>\n
\nSean also said Will\u2019s attack made him think of having his Oscars trophies smelted down to make bullets for Ukraine\u2019s war against Russia. <\/p>\n
\nHe added: \u201cI thought, well, f***, you know? I\u2019ll give them to Ukraine. They can be melted down to bullets they can shoot at the Russians.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nSean also said he didn\u2019t think Will\u2019s attack on Chris would have happened if Zelensky had been allowed to speak at the ceremony. <\/p>\n
\nHe added: \u201cThis f****** bulls*** wouldn\u2019t have happened with Zelensky. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cWill Smith would never have left that chair to be part of stupid violence. It never would have happened.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
