\nJamie has said she is \u201cready to challenge\u201d herself on the dance floor, adding: \u201cI don\u2019t know if one can ever be 100 per cent ready to take on something this big. I didn\u2019t realise what a commitment it is.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nJamie added both her children were excited at the prospect of her taking to the dance floor, especially her 15-year-old girl Maddie. <\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cMy 15-year-old was like, \u2018You\u2019re going to dance on TV? What are you doing mom?\u2019 But she was like, \u2018Mom, you have to do it.\u2019 She\u2019s an athlete so I think she wants to see me kind of push myself. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cTypically I\u2019d be working on different ventures but I think it\u2019s just important that I have this opportunity. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cAnd if I get up there and even if I embarrass myself, I\u2019m doing it for a good reason and hopefully giving back to the community that\u2019s literally given back to me since I was a little girl.\u201d <\/p>\n
