Just over one week after undergoing emergency fetal surgery<\/a>, Kourtney Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> showed off her bare baby bump in a series of Sunday, September 10 Instagram photos which she captioned, \u201cPregnancy is so empowering.\u201d<\/p>\n Kourtney, 44, was back to wearing rocker chic maternity wear<\/a>, donning a black latex jacket and trousers with a sheer black bra underneath with a black lace overlay and matching gloves as she cradled her bump.<\/p>\n Fans were divided over the post. One user wrote, \u201cI agree but I\u2019m just gonna say, as a pregnant woman, that outfit looks very uncomfortable,\u201d while another added, \u201cPregnancy doesn\u2019t need to be glorified. It\u2019s not glitz and glamour that\u2019s for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n One follower quipped, \u201cFor urgent fetal surgery there\u2019s still time for ridiculous photo shoots,\u201d while another wrote, \u201cDidn\u2019t she just have to have surgery on her unborn baby and this is what she is doing?\u201d<\/p>\n Yet there were fans of her rocker mama look, with one user commenting, \u201cPregnancy makes you perfectly beautiful,\u201d while another added, \u201cYou embrace pregnancy to its fullest and we adore you for it.\u201d<\/p>\n Kourtney was hospitalized and underwent emergency fetal surgery to save her and husband Travis Barker<\/a><\/strong>\u2018s unborn son<\/a> on September 1. The Blink-182 drummer\u2019s band postponed dates on their European tour so that the musician, 47, could fly home from Glasgow, Scotland, to be with his wife. The group\u2019s website was the first to alert fans that there was an emergency back home, writing on the band\u2019s website, \u201cDue to an urgent family matter<\/a>, Travis has had to return home to the States. The Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin shows are being postponed.\u201d Shortly afterward, Travis shared a photo of the prayer room at the Glasgow Airport to his Instagram Stories.<\/p>\n The Poosh founder revealed in a September 6 Instagram post<\/a> that their unborn baby needed surgery. \u201cI will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby\u2019s life. I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock,\u201d she wrote next to an Instagram photo of Travis holding her hand while she was hospitalized.<\/p>\n \u201cAs someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn\u2019t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don\u2019t think anyone who hasn\u2019t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant,\u201d Kourtney added.
