(Photo via Instagram)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Sluss posted a video of Funk\u2019s proposal, which was apparently quite an elaborate affair.<\/p>\n<p>Jake had the words \u201cShe Said Yes\u201d projected onto a massive rock not far from where he and Hannah were having dinner on the beach.<\/p>\n<p>So not only is he the love of her life, with stunts like that Jake will also do wonders for Hannah\u2019s TikTok presence!<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-tiktok wp-block-embed-tiktok\"\/>\n<p>Not surprisingly, Hannah received a ton of congratulatory comments from her former Bachelor co-stars.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSTOP!
