Guns N\u2019 Roses have postponed their upcoming tour performance in St. Louis, Missouri, following an illness in the group.<\/p>\n

\u201cHang on to your tickets, the event organizer is working to reschedule the concert,\u201d the St. Louis Cardinals \u2014 who play at Busch Stadium, where the concert was to be held on Saturday, September 9 \u2014 said in a statement on Friday, September 8, according to local news affiliate Fox 2 St. Louis<\/a>. \u201cYou will receive an update via email as soon as the status of the event changes or the new date is announced.\u201d<\/p>\n

The statement continued: \u201cPlease note, fans who are unable to make the rescheduled date will be eligible for a refund.\u201d<\/p>\n

The band \u2014 which currently consists of Axl Rose<\/strong><\/a>, Duff McKagan<\/strong>, Slash<\/strong><\/a>, Dizzy Reed<\/strong>, Richard Fortus<\/strong> and Melissa Reese<\/strong> \u2014 did not address the postponement at the time, nor were any details about the unspecified illness released.<\/p>\n

The local news outlet also shared footage of the concert\u2019s stage being taken down at Busch Stadium on Friday via their YouTube<\/a> channel.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Rose, 61, apologized for being \u201ca little horse\u201d during one of the group\u2019s performances in New York. \u201cFun night, Great Crowd!! Great Venue!! N\u2019 great to be back!!\u201d he wrote alongside a picture of a mini horse via X<\/a> (formerly known as Twitter<\/a>) on Saturday, September 2. \u201cAgain my apologies and thank you!!\u201d<\/p>\n

Guns N\u2019 Roses kicked off their 2023 tour<\/a> in June in Tel Aviv, Israel. They played nearly 20 shows across Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, The U.K., Germany, Switzerland, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Romania, Hungary and Greece before beginning the North American leg of the tour in Canada last month.<\/p>\n
