A Wyze employee told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/wyzecam\/comments\/16dmnyr\/be_aware_of_security_flaw\/jzqftmi\/?context=3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a user on Reddit<\/a> that the page is \u201ccurrently under maintenance\u201d and that \u201cwe are working on this and will update when it\u2019s available again.\u201d Wyze\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/support.wyze.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360015979872-Service-Status-Known-Issues\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">status page<\/a> posted a similar message on Friday at 5:44PM ET.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"duet--article--article-pullquote mb-20\">\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup relative bg-repeating-lines-dark bg-[length:1px_1.2em] pb-8 font-polysans text-28 font-medium leading-120 tracking-1 selection:bg-franklin-20  dark:bg-repeating-lines-light dark:text-white dark:selection:bg-blurple\">\u201cI cannot disclose any further information.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph mb-20 font-fkroman text-18 leading-160 -tracking-1 selection:bg-franklin-20 dark:text-white dark:selection:bg-blurple [&amp;_a:hover]:shadow-highlight-franklin dark:[&amp;_a:hover]:shadow-highlight-blurple [&amp;_a]:shadow-underline-black dark:[&amp;_a]:shadow-underline-white\">A Wyze customer support agent confirmed to me that the company has an issue with its online camera portal \u2014 one where people were actually able to see other customers\u2019 camera feeds. \u201cWhile we work to get this resolved, Wyze Web View functionality may be limited or unavailable,\u201d they told me. The agent was not able to provide an estimate for when the issue would be fixed. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph mb-20 font-fkroman text-18 leading-160 -tracking-1 selection:bg-franklin-20 dark:text-white dark:selection:bg-blurple [&amp;_a:hover]:shadow-highlight-franklin dark:[&amp;_a:hover]:shadow-highlight-blurple [&amp;_a]:shadow-underline-black dark:[&amp;_a]:shadow-underline-white\">\u201cWe and our team are already working to improve our security and to investigate the root cause of this,\u201d the agent said.
