Gina Kirschenheiter<\/strong><\/a> is still coming to terms with Shannon Beador<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s behavior as new episodes of Real Housewives of Orange County<\/em><\/a> air.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m very angry and I\u2019m very disappointed. I\u2019m very upset by it. I don\u2019t understand it. I don\u2019t know why I\u2019m the target of it and I don\u2019t even think she gets it,\u201d Gina, 39, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> on Tuesday, September 5, adding that it\u2019s \u201cvery disappointing to me\u201d for Shannon to be talking about Gina\u2019s past legal drama with the group.<\/p>\n

Bravo viewers know that the drama started<\/a> when Shannon accused Gina, Emily Simpson<\/strong><\/a> and Heather Dubrow<\/strong><\/a> of spreading rumors about her relationship with now-ex-boyfriend John Janssen<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Things took a turn, however, when Shannon went on to claim that she was the reason Gina didn\u2019t lose custody of her children to Child Protective Services (CPS) following Gina\u2019s 2019 DUI<\/a>. While watching the episodes back, Gina questioned why Shannon didn\u2019t reach out to apologize after the fact. (Gina shares kids Nicholas, 10, Sienna, 8, and Luca, 6,<\/a> with ex-husband Matthew Kirschenheiter<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

\u201cI was shocked by that. If nothing else, you send the text to save face. Just check the box. At least that\u2019s clearly the right thing to do. I was honestly shocked because I didn\u2019t know and I did forgive her when we were filming the season,\u201d Gina told Us<\/em>. \u201cBut also she didn\u2019t really take full responsibility [or] accountability. She didn\u2019t really even admit to actually saying the things she said. And then not only did she say them, but she was giving a speech about it at a table with some people that I don\u2019t even really know.\u201d<\/p>\n

After referring to Shannon\u2019s behavior as \u201cinappropriate,\u201d Gina admitted she isn\u2019t sure whether they could work things out at the upcoming reunion.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cShe had so many opportunities. Plus, this is not the first time or the first year that I\u2019ve asked her to please stop talking about this. And she has apologized and said she\u2019s not going to do that moving forward. And then she does it and then adds in new false tidbits for extra flare, I guess,\u201d she continued. \u201cIt only seems to be getting worse. I feel that at this point, what is that apology worth? It\u2019s like her stock has crashed.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gina also weighed in on the conversation happening on RHOC<\/em> about Shannon\u2019s drinking. (Their fellow costar Tamra Judge<\/strong> <\/a>previously accused Shannon of being an alcoholic<\/a> \u2014 citing her allegedly not remembering her behavior.)<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s a huge problem. I don\u2019t care if Shannon wants to say she has a problem with alcohol or not. I\u2019m not here to judge anybody or diagnose anybody but that and her drinking is a problem for everybody else,\u201d Gina explained to Us<\/em>. \u201cAnd you would think that somebody would want to look at least that part of it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Shannon has previously denied the accusations that she relies on alcohol<\/a>. \u201cIt\u2019s hard. I know that that\u2019s not who I am. My kids watched the episode with me and they were pretty upset about it. They\u2019re like, \u2018Mom, that\u2019s not who you are,’\u201d she exclusively told Us<\/em> in June. \u201cI feel as though when I\u2019m on the show that I will point out something unkind that a cast member\u2019s done. But I try to avoid putting general characterizations out there about people\u2019s personalities because it\u2019s damaging.\u201d<\/p>\n

While reflecting on the drama, Gina pointed out that her children were the ones most affected.<\/p>\n

\u201cShannon has not damaged me. She has damaged my children. My kids are this close to being of an age where they\u2019re on social media. This is clickbait for people and I see it and my children should not have to see that,\u201d she concluded on Tuesday. \u201cIf their friends see it and they come to me, \u2018What is this that just opened and why?\u2019 Just to me, it really is cruel.\u201d<\/p>\n
