Al Pacino’s<\/a> girlfriend,\u00a0Noor Alfallah<\/a>, has filed for custody of their infant son, Roman.<\/span><\/p>\n According to documents obtained by ET on Wednesday, Alfallah filed for\u00a0full physical custody of their 3-month-old child, and\u00a0requested that Pacino have “reasonable visitation.”<\/span><\/p>\n The couple was\u00a0<\/span>first romantically linked in April 2022<\/a>, and Alfallah gave birth to Roman at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on June 6.<\/span><\/p>\n According to the filing, Alfallah, 29, is requesting that they share a joint legal custody\u00a0grant of their young son, which would give Pacino, 83, a say on his education, religion and medical treatment.<\/span><\/p>\n However, she is requesting primary custody, which means Roman would live with her.\u00a0However, she also requested “reasonable right of parenting time to the party without physical custody,” meaning Pacino would also get to spend time with his baby boy.<\/span><\/p>\n As part of the filing, Alfallah submitted a\u00a0voluntary declaration of parentage, which she and Pacino signed six days after Roman’s birth. The document\u00a0acknowledges Pacino’s paternity with regard to their child.<\/span><\/p>\n Despite the custody filing, Pacino’s\u00a0publicist,\u00a0Stan Rosenfield, told ET Wednesday evening that Pacino and Alfallah have not split up.<\/span><\/p>\n “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman,” Rosenfeld told ET. “They are together.”<\/span><\/p>\n When asked what prompted Alfallah to file for custody, Rosenfeld told ET, “That is a question for Noor.”<\/span><\/p>\n ET has reached out to Alfallah and her lawyer for comment.<\/span><\/p>\n It was back in May when ET confirmed that Alfallah was eight months pregnant with Pacino’s child. They have been publicly linked since last year\u00a0when\u00a0<\/span>they were spotted<\/a>\u00a0exiting a restaurant in Venice, California, together and leaving in the same car.<\/span><\/p>\n After grabbing worldwide headlines with the baby news, the\u00a0<\/span>Scarface<\/span><\/em>\u00a0star\u00a0<\/span>broke his silence<\/a>\u00a0in a video obtained by\u00a0<\/span>The Daily Mail<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>and said, “It’s very special” when asked about expecting his fourth baby. This is\u00a0Alfallah’s first.<\/span><\/p>\n The\u00a0<\/span>House of Gucci<\/span><\/em>\u00a0actor agreed when asked if the news is exciting, adding: “It always has been. I’ve got many kids.
