It has got to stop,\u201d the captain tells Jess in Us Weekly<\/em>\u2018s exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming episode of Below Deck Adventure<\/em><\/a>, which premieres on Tuesday, January 24. \u201cThe girls can\u2019t be walking out feeling like they are walking on eggshells because it f\u2014ks their job. It\u2019s a big spiral.\u201d<\/p>\n Kerry points out Jess\u2019 attitude after she says she reached her \u201cboiling point\u201d<\/a> in the clip. \u201cI don\u2019t want any more negativity in the galley. It\u2019s bordering on intimidation what you are doing down there. I won\u2019t accept it,\u201d he continues. \u201cThe way you are talking to the other staff is unacceptable. People are scared to go in the galley.\u201d<\/p>\n According to Kerry, Jess\u2019 actions are affecting everyone who works with her on board<\/a> the Mercury.<\/p>\n \u201cShe\u2019s at her worst when she\u2019s needed the most. I don\u2019t care if we have one day left, I can\u2019t keep being a sounding board to this f\u2014king ongoing bitching,\u201d he explains in a confessional.<\/p>\n The South Africa native, for her part, reveals she has considered walking away from the position<\/a>, saying, \u201cMaybe I have come to the end of my yachting experience because this sure as hell does not bring me joy anymore. And my rule is, \u2018If it\u2019s not a f\u2014k yes than it is a hell no.\u2019 Like it\u2019s made it very apparent to me that this is not where I need to be. \u2026 I can\u2019t do that though.
