The Duke of Sussex, 38, says in his latest Netflix show \u2018Heart of Invictus\u2019 he was left curled in the \u201cfoetal position\u201d and \u201cbouncing off walls\u201d after he left the war-torn country during his 10 years as a soldier.<\/p>\n
But broadcaster Kyle Sandilands has slammed the prince by ranting: \u201cI\u2019m sick and tired of hearing about this little b***** prince whining… he wants everyone to feel sorry for him all the time.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe all struggle, (but) surely he\u2019s struggled less than the rest of us.\u201d<\/p>\n
The host, who was homeless as a teen, hit out while discussing Harry\u2019s latest series on \u2018The Kyle and Jackie O Show\u2019 on Thursday. (30.08.23)<\/p>\n
\nReferring to the death of the prince\u2019s mum Princess Diana age 36 in a Paris car crash in 1997, he added: \u201cA lot of people have lost a parent and have not had the means to try and get some help. They just can\u2019t afford it.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nHe also questioned the truth of Harry\u2019s claim in his memoir \u2018Spare\u2019 he killed 25 Taliban while fighting in Afghanistan \u2013 adding he was convinced the royal was protected from harm during his army service \u201cbecause he was the prince\u201d. <\/p>\n
\nHarry served in combat for over 10 weeks in Helmand Province, Afghanistan between 2007 and 2008, before returning to the country for a 20-week tour from 2012 to 2013 with the Army Air Corps, during which he was a helicopter pilot.<\/p>\n
\nBut Kyle blasted: \u201cYou fought in a helicopter for a couple of weeks and you had to come back. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cYou haven\u2019t got PTSD \u2013 nothing \u2013 you saw no action. Where\u2019s the action?<\/p>\n
\n\u201cWhen I was not much older than him, I was homeless on the street, not living in a palace. I had no support either, but I\u2019ve just dusted myself off and powered through and look at me. I have no issues.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nReferring to Harry\u2019s wife Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, 42, with whom he has son Archie, four, and daughter Lilibet, two, Kyle went on: \u201cThese people are making money off your, off your sadness for them. I don\u2019t even believe they\u2019re that sad. They cause most of their own problems.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cShe hates her family, he now hates his family since they\u2019ve been together. And all they do is b**** about everybody.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\u2018Heart of Invictus\u2019 explores the life of injured and ill military veterans who take part in the Paralympic-style Invictus Games, which Harry founded.<\/p>\n
\nHe says on the show about the death of his mum: \u201cI had that moment in my life where I didn\u2019t know about it but because of the trauma of losing my mum when \u201cI was 12 \u2013 for all those years, I had no emotion, I was unable to cry, I was unable to feel. I didn\u2019t know it at the time.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
