*Warning: Spoilers for Wednesday’s ‘America’s Got Talent’ live results show ahead!<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n The final votes for night 2 of\u00a0<\/span>America’s Got Talent<\/em>‘s<\/a> qualifying rounds were revealed on Wednesday, during <\/span>the live results show,<\/a> sending another nine hopefuls packing, while two more acts took another step toward victory.<\/span><\/p>\n The\u00a0<\/span>show’s stalwart stars<\/a>\u00a0— including judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Sofia Vergara and Heidi Klum, as well as\u00a0<\/span>host Terry Crews<\/a>\u00a0— came together once again, to see how America felt about Tuesday’s performances.<\/span><\/p>\n Reflecting on the eclectic variety of acts they’d seen the night before, Simon said at the start of Wednesday’s show,\u00a0” Looking back, it was like the craziest milkshake in the world, with all of these different things, [but] my favorite kind of milkshake. I absolutely loved last night! Really, really brilliant.”<\/span><\/p>\n Meanwhile, Sofia also addressed <\/span>the stand-up comic who had flirted with her the night before<\/a>, when Terry asked what she looks for in a partner.<\/span><\/p>\n “I think just what every girl wants,” Sofia shared, “Someone healthy, someone handsome, someone that has a great sense of humor. Someone that is happy with\u00a0himself.”<\/span><\/p>\n “I am married,” Howie exclaimed, eliciting laughs from the audience.<\/span><\/p>\n While the judges had fun,\u00a0it was up to Terry to share the news of who made the Top 5, meaning six hopefuls would be getting the axe almost off the bat.<\/span><\/p>\n Ultimately, it was revealed that the Top 5 acts of the night included stand-up comic\u00a0Ahren Belisle — the comic who had <\/span>shared some flirty exchanges with Sofia last night<\/a> — 12-year-old singer\u00a0Alfie Andrew, kid magician\u00a0Ryland Petty, and two different Golden Buzzer recipients — Chioma & the Atlanta Drum Academy and epic dance crew Murmuration.<\/span><\/p>\n This meant America voted to bid farewell to the\u00a0Sharpe Family Singers, gymnastic acrobatic trio\u00a0Three G, modern dancer\u00a0Erica Coffelt,\u00a0country songstress\u00a0Dani Kerr, sword swallower\u00a0Andrew Stanton, and comedy glam rock band\u00a0Steel Panther.<\/span><\/p>\n However, only two could go through from the Top 5, and to the delight of everyone in the audience, the first to move on was comedian Ahren Belisle.<\/span><\/p>\n Ahren lives with cerebral palsy and is non-verbal, thus he delivers his comedy via a speech-to-text app on his phone, and still managed to blow the roof off the place with his sense of humor.<\/span><\/p>\n “I feel amazing,” Ahren told Terry, after finding out he’d be moving on.\u00a0“It’s [going to be] another chance to make\u00a0people laugh… [and] tell my story.”<\/span><\/p>\n Meanwhile, the second slot in the finals was filled by the mind-bending\u00a0dance crew Murmuration, <\/span>who’d gotten Howie’s Golden Buzzer during the auditions<\/a>, and the judge was overwhelmed with excitement for their success.<\/span><\/p>\n “I feel amazing! [And] I’m not surprised,” Howie marveled. “This is what I exactly love\u00a0about<\/span> AGT<\/span><\/em> — So many other shows have\u00a0singers, dancers — what <\/span>AGT<\/span><\/em> gives you is\u00a0originality, perfection, a great message. Love this show, and I love you!”<\/span><\/p>\n Next week, 11 more contestants who made it through the auditions and the judges’ cuts will hit the stage for a second chance at wowing the voting public.<\/span><\/p>\n America’s Got Talent<\/em><\/a> airs Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET\/PT on NBC.<\/span><\/p>\n
