Amanda and Razvan spoke after what he called the \u201cworst night\u201d of his life, but she was ready to move on.<\/p>\n

According to Razvan: \u201cIt\u2019s really hard for me to accept that it\u2019s over, because I love her very much and I want to make this relationship work. But I don\u2019t know if this will be possible.\u201d<\/p>\nAmanda did not initially see that she and Razvan have very different priorities. \u201cFor one, I feel like you won\u2019t do anything to, like, provide for your family,\u201d she lamented. This is where, previously, she had found herself comparing him to her late husband.<\/p>\n
Amanda asked: \u201cLike, would you be a janitor to make some money while you\u2019re pursuing an acting career?\u201d<\/p>\nRazvan says that he\u2019s too proud to ask her to support him (TLC)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\nIn Razvan\u2019s mind, this question from Amanda is asking him to give up his acting dreams. Or an accusation that he plans to freeload.<\/p>\n
Instead, it\u2019s just a question about whether he\u2019ll bite the bullet and get a \u201cnormal\u201d job while he waits for his career to take off.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Razvan also feels a lot of hurt over Amanda\u2019s comparison of him to Jason. He knows that Jason brought stability to her and to her kids, but it\u2019s a bit much.<\/p>\nAmanda doesn\u2019t want to hurt Razvan, but \u2026 (TLC)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\nOn the other side of things, Amanda made it sound like she\u2019d finally woken up to reality. \u201cAfter Jason, I wanted you to be the right person,\u201d she told Razvan. <\/p>\n
\u201cBut,\u201d she continued, \u201cmaybe we\u2019re just not right for each other.\u201d Just a reminder: they have only known each other for four months.<\/p>\n\u201cIt\u2019s not fair,\u201d Razvan says through tears during this painful moment. (TLC)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\nTearfully, Razvan then accused Amanda of being unfair with him. In his mind, why was she springing this on him now?<\/p>\n
But the truth is that Amanda didn\u2019t know this. She was deep in denial, no matter what her loved ones told her. And she wanted this to work.<\/p>\n
Amanda also admitted that perhaps she was using his mistakes as an excuse to end things (not that one ever needs an excuse to break up). Given the trauma of losing her husband, maybe this was all too much.<\/p>\n\u201cWe\u2019ll go back to Bucharest,\u201d Razvan notes, pointing out that they have a long and awkward drive ahead of them. Amanda notes that she has real trauma that she\u2019s processing, because Jason died only 8 months ago. Meanwhile, now it\u2019s Razvan who feels less eager. She clearly broke his heart. <\/p>\nAmanda and Razvan\u2019s apparent reconciliation was a twist that left viewers divided. (TLC)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\nAmanda felt that Razvan was \u201ccold\u201d and slipping away. So she confessed to producers that she wasn\u2019t sure if she was ready to let him go.<\/p>\n
Her previous assessment \u2014 that they could have been amazing, but it wasn\u2019t realistic \u2014 was right. But Amanda was suddenly backtracking.<\/p>\n
The thing is that Razvan might just be too brokenhearted to agree to a full reconciliation.
